Hans is incredible - look nowhere else !!

My parents experience has been sensational . They have asked me to leave this review on their behalf . They had a very difficult case and were concerned about their future and Hans assisted them with a positive outcome which we thought could take years to resolve . From start to finish he and his colleagues had a one to one zoom call with us and then provided their advice and next steps . The best thing about Hans is he is always in contact , even in the evenings but this isn’t the only reason why he’s amazing , it is how articulate and how much care and thought they have put into the case that they managed to secure success . Hans you’re an asset to the firm and keep going and changing peoples’ lives . We couldn’t have done it without you . I had several cases including Naturalization, Family resident visa and BRP. The cases had been mishandled by other lawyers at different times. Having dicovered OTS. My cases were assigned to Sanae Sahebjalal, who managed the cases very thouroghly to thier successful conclusions. I cannot commend Sanae enough on her proficiency.

My experience with Sanae Sahebjalal OTC Solicitor has been incredibly disappointing. After paying 250 GBP for a consultation, I repeatedly requested essential information promised post-consultation, but received no response or the information I was assured of.
Despite multiple follow-ups, the company failed to address my queries or provide the information they pledged to deliver. This lack of responsiveness and transparency has left me questioning the legitimacy of their services.
I urge potential clients to consider this lack of accountability and professionalism before engaging with OTC. My concerns were met with silence, and the failure to deliver on their commitments has been a significant letdown.

Had a dispute with my landlord over getting my deposit back. Aisha, at OTS Solicitors Ltd, guided me every step of the way and I eventually came to an agreement with my landlord. Couldn't have done this on my own.

My wifes visit visa was nearly up and despite leaving it so late we went to OTS to apply for my wife's spouse visa. We were very fortunate the case was handled by Sanae Sahabjalal.
Our case was complicated due to a lack of paperwork needed, nonetheless Sanae reassured us she would take this case in to her own hands and guided us step by step in getting the paperwork together. We were stressing out and being difficult at times but Sanae was very patient with us (me). I have recommended Sanae to all my family and freinds and I recommend her to anyone reading this review.

I don't don't know where to start, I had my citizenship revoked by the Home office after residing in the UK for 16 years. It was the most horrific news I have ever heard in my life specially knowing that the reasons for the decision was completely untrue because I was set up by an evil human being. I had a first solicitor and we sent our evidence but waiting 2 weeks the Home office made a decision to revoke my British Citizenship and I had the right to appeal. I then thought I needed to get a new solicitor urgently, I thank god I followed my intuition. I went online looked up and found OTS Solicitors, my luck was not only that but to come across my solicitor Sanae and her team. Sanae Sahebjalal from OTS for a long 2 years she fought my case with her team against the Home office with all her heart I can never forget how she took my matters into her hand and supported me all the way through. I would say that Sanae was not only a solicitor to me but a therapist who genuine was there for me would reassure me to stay positive. The battle was not an easy one I can't lie but I had the right people in hand and we won the case. The way the Home office was on my case you have to have skilled and knowledgeable experience solicitors to really defend your case. I am greatful and if I could give above 5* I would have. Don't hesitate to contact them if you need support specially with immigration matters don't forget to ask for Sanae she will be there for you all the way☺.

What can I say, we've been working with Dhaya since early 2023 who, after a failed fiancé visa when we did it ourselves made the process easy and stress free, she explained the process every step of the way after the panic that we might not get my fiancés visa in time for our wedding but with Dhaya's help it was approved with months to spare.
In August after our wedding she worked on the spouse VISA conversion with us and was frankly amazing, even making herself available late on a Sunday evening to go through the application on our return from out honeymoon as we need to get the application in so we could get the VISA to allow my now wife to begin work.
From application to receiving the residence permit was 7 days (we used the super priority service), this included waiting for an biometric appointment and waiting for the BRP to be posted out.

We will be using again in 2026 when the VISA is up for renewal.

I would highly recommend working with OTS Solicitors as they are highly professional and reasonable in costs. Namely, Dhaya when it comes to individual visas.
Very detail oriented, anticipates what an immigration officer would like to see based on circumstances (apart from the typical list required), patient, explains with reason and justification on why a certain document would be beneficial to add, etc.

Anoushka was quite helpful as well!

It is not because the visa got granted for 5 years I did add this comment, but simply because I knew we did all what was required to get a successful application.

I think these reviews are fake. Ruth Rauch is literally the worst ever solicitor that I have ever spoken to. She literally exemplifies the archetype of the 'lawyer that gets paid to do nothing'. If they hand you over to her, avoid at all costs. She really is not worth it.

The professionalism and efficiency applied on my divorce matter was just exceptional and superb. Thank you so much Behzard Sharmin for all the advise and patience you gave me. I will continually hold you in very high esteem.
