On the 27th of January I ordered a watch, a week later there was no update so I wrote Garret and he said he was about to message me that the watch had an issue and I could exchange get a refund or wait for it to get fixed, I chose to exchange he sent me a confirmation and tracking number, it’s now February 16 and ups has not received the package. I tried emailing, texting his WhatsApp, I been checking my email every day and even the spam folder just in case but nothing. He’s been ignoring me , almost feels like I got scammed, all the good reviews on here I’m starting to think they’re fake. I wouldn’t trust this kid. Yes, a kid.

Was able to get a hard to find vintage Nivada at a great price and in amazing condition. It’s running really well and it’s nice to have the warranty too. Highly recommend!

I like the vignettes that desribe the history of each watch and what makes them special. Having shopped around on other websites, the pricing seems fair, and the purchasing process was easy with efficient shipping.

I never received the watch I purchased. The company could not determine what happened to the watch. They issued a full refund 10 days after they originally sent me the tracking information.

I have a bad experience with customer service. I reached out to them via emails, whatsapp, and instagram and still havent heard anything from them. It’s two weeks and nothing. The watch had issues with time and crown which tore apart when I pulled it. I am hoping they can service it or if not I will return the order.
