I used to always order from Ounass because I loved the fast delivery. The last time I ordered they delivered the wrong foundation and when I got in touch with the customer service they asked me to reach out through their WhatsApp number. The automatic reply on WhatsApp simply stops halfway and doesn’t get you anywhere. Called back again and for days they promised to call me and get in touch with me but no one called me. The whole purpose was fast delivery bcz I needed the foundation quickly not waiting for days. Thumbs down for Ounass Customer Service, really need to do better.

Never shopped here, they do not even honor their own term and conditions!!!!

Problems with delivery, bad customer service and overall bad experience. I’ve followed up 5 times today alone and I still haven’t received my order.

I bought from them 2 T-shirts a year ago

Whatever you do DON’T buy shoes from Ounass!! I bought a pair of expensive YSL boots and they were too tight so I needed the next size up. I tried the boots on for 5 minutes and on carpet then took them off and put them straight back in the box as they were so I could return them. My return was DENIED because there were *apparently* scratches on the bottom which could not have happened by trying them on for 5 minutes on carpet! On their website they even say to try shoes on carpets to prevent any damage. When I was explaining all this to the guy I was speaking too he started to blame my carpet and said I should have tried the shoes on paper or cardboard?!!! Sorry but WTH! You can see on my order history that I requested a return straight after they got delivered, not a day or two days after. The request was made straight away after delivery was made. When I got the boots back I checked the soles myself and when I tell you there was 2/3 very faint scratches you could barely even see them. It sounds like they try to make any excuse up to con you out of money. This is the first time returning anything with Ounass. So now I’m stuck with a pair of expensive boots that are too small. Also it took them nearly 2 weeks to tell me about the so called scratches and that my return is being refused! Why did it take 2 weeks long!!!. I’ve never ever had this issue with any other company or even the designers websites themselves! These boots should have been allowed to be returned anyone else would have accepted. The worst experience I’ve ever had and Ounass should be ashamed! Disgusting scammers don’t give them your money.

They recently changed the quality of the displayed goods. Before, it was very distinctive, with prices appropriate for the quality displayed. Now, the quality of the goods is below standard, with prices that do not match it.
Before I search for less than hour and easily found what i want. Now i spend a week with no results

Worst customer service, my item was not delivered and there is no email response from the customer service even after sending several emails. Call centre people always say that it will be resolved within 24 hours but it's been 7 days and still no updates from their end, very disappointing and I wont recommend this website to anyone anymore as their standard has gone down compared to previous years.

I am writing to express my profound frustration and disappointment with Ounass. I recently purchased an item that did not fit, so I requested a return. To my dismay, Ounass rejected the return, falsely claiming the item was damaged.

The alleged damage is negligible and could not have occurred during my brief try-on at home. The item was delivered in an appalling manner—poorly packed, with no protective wrapping, and stacked on top of each other. Given that each dress features delicate crystals, the lack of proper packing likely caused the damage. Despite this, Ounass has unjustly held me responsible for the damage and denied my return request.

I am now being forced to accept the damaged item that I did not cause. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I strongly advise others to avoid Ounass to prevent similar issues.

Really fail to understand why such bad ratings and reviews. It's my go to for all luxury purchase.

Totally satisfied, after i had major issues, they have called me and solved my problems instantly.
I love the fast delivery and return service, always my 1st choice. Instead of going to the mall and searching for parking, instant delivery from Ounass. Best service.

Spam and not profissional i wrong products refunds not completed until now almost 1 month, refunds not including shipping and pricy shipping

Just bad.. item is in really bad quality, they hide behind non returnable clause.. this item is a mid body corset, touches less of your body than tshirt.. I threw away almost 500 dirhams for something I will never wear.. watch out, bad experience…

I am deeply frustrated and disappointed with my experience with Ounass. I recently purchased an item that I attempted to try on at home, but unfortunately, it did not fit. When I initiated a return, Ounass refused, claiming the item was damaged.

Ounass's refusal to take responsibility for their faulty product and their lack of customer service is appalling. Their actions have left me feeling cheated and misled.

I urge everyone to be extremely cautious when considering purchasing from Ounass. Their misleading return policy and refusal to stand behind their products are clear indications of their unethical business practices.

I ordered a pair of shoes from Golden Goose and they arrived in Kuwait within 3 or 4 days. It was fast, shipping details were very accurate. They also came in perfect condition.

Bad customer service

I had to order two dresses for an occasion and typically since I live in the GCC it was easy to try both and return the one that didn’t suit me. The customer service called me accusing me for wearing the dress as it is not in the same state condition!!!! As if I wore it!!!! The dress itself the material is horrible SHEIN is better than it from the brand NAS the only good thing about it it’s the price and the style other than that the material was not as it seen in the photo!! And now I’m expected to get back the dress damaged which I didn’t do that and just let it sit in my wardrobe 😡 never again dealing with them!!!

The customer service is utterly disappointing and unhelpful. I've wasted a significant amount of time dealing with two missing items from my order, a mistake made by Ounass. They never once apologized for their error or the inconvenience caused. With numerous options for fast delivery and excellent service in Dubai, I will definitely never shop at Ounass again.

I am glad on what I purchased and they have good sale. I am wondering why there are lots of negative comments to them. The only thing there is you can’t exchange your item if you used Tabby or Tamara.
