Total scamming ba__ards - waited weeks for it sent emails never replied - saying delivered and it hasn't - required for home improvements and £53 pound out of pocket .

I checked credentials before ordering and the Costco details came up so thought ok .

Now I see all this !!! The site needs taking down urgently.

Complete con, 25 days delivery, never arrived, they use a bogus tracking system. Customer services not real. Avoid at all costs.

Sacam. Provide fake Tracking ID and triying to keep you in tension by comunication. Fake logo paypal on hotwatch.pro page where ownwear is providing second faje webpage online shop.

If I could give a zero I would , I ordered a keter work table and was sent tracking number and followed package till it says delivered which has not been told me to try neighbour or family so that got me even more suspicious I have security cameras soon a I told them that they are not answering emails I have put in hands of credit card company, also noticed on credit card it’s a different company taking money so stay away from this total scam .

As per previous reviews. This company is a complete scam. Do not part with any money purchasing items from them. They only have 1 star as I can't give them 0.

Scam as below. Says it’s delivered but not delivered. And upon sending the email they responded that they have completed the service according to the standard procedure. Told me to ask neighbours for my package. Also no picture of a package received or a company that delivers the package. Total Scam avoid!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They send fake shipping details and get angry when you contact them thankfully Costco confirmed this is a scam website using their copyright and bank refunded me but almost lost a lot of money to this !!! Pretending to sell furniture household items everything online !!!!!

This company is a total scam,they are using Costco logo on what looks to be a proper invoice. Then you end up with an email from support@ounwear. They have no affiliation whatsoever to Costco. If you you then look closer, you may find this. bikmsaa.shop, this doesn't exist either. But has been used several times on the Internet. Log on to this site and it says DNS site can't be found. I have done everything the way my bank wants to. Hopefully I will get my money back. I can't believe this supposed company hasn't been shut down ??

Fake as it gets.

Wasn't paying that much attention when I placed an order for cyclewear.

First alert was the order confirmation - different fonts and all that fun stuff.

Upon reflection - it was the oldest one in the book. Too good to be true.

They utilise Website cloning - and then skim the debit or credit card, where shortly after the 'transaction' - the everything turns to dust. Including, but not limited to the fake tracking that has the audacity to show the item as delivered!

Contacted bank for a charge back - that has been successful to this point, but has to replace card.

Also be aware they have adverts on most social media platforms - posing as a legitimate supplier. This is where many are lured in. So - Please if this happens to you - do contact the original supplier to make them aware!

For example in my case I purchased Endura cyclewear, and the link was HTTPS but the domain was a bit fluffy - for example - enduraVIP.com not Endura.com etc

So watch out for these criminals -

Scammers didn’t receive item made a bull of the deliveries then mate a story up that the delivery man stole the item

Sewing machine never delivered, despite claim it was. Total scam.
Will endevour to effect recovery, but not hopeful.

Fake tracking. Customer service said is local courier confirmed delivery. My ring doorbell says otherwise! (it’s a garden day bed which is huge!!!) I think I’d know if it had been delivered! Fighting for a refund but betting fobbed off. Launched a fraud report with my bank.

What a joke. Thought I'd actually got a bargain from Costco and oh how nieve I was. It looked like a genuine site for Costco UK. Yet on the back of the emails it says ounwear.com. I had tracking information and followed the process. It then said it was delivered, yet no parcel. Kept checking with neighbours and nope nothing. I had an order number and more. £70 gone and no item. I wish to god I'd not pressed purchase.

Scam no parcel no refund lots of e mail promises. Avoid
