Dear Bradley,
We would like to clarify that the information shared in your review is completely false and misleading. We have full documentation and camera recordings to support the truth, including footage of your inappropriate behaviour towards our staff and other patients at the clinic. We absolutely will not tolerate the defamation of our clinic.

Firstly, the failure of your implants was clearly due to poor oral hygiene and not following the aftercare instructions we repeatedly advised. On multiple occasions, we found food residue between your implants, which is unacceptable and directly affects the success of the treatment. You know that we have helped you free of charge even with problems that were not caused by us. As you may know, proper aftercare is a globally recognized requirement for implant success.

Secondly, when you reached out to us stating that your teeth were broken and wanted to come back, we kindly informed you that if the issue was under warranty and caused by us, we would absolutely fix it free of charge — including covering your flights and accommodation. This was communicated to you clearly and can be backed up with messages.

Thirdly, when we explained that two nights and three days would be sufficient for your treatment, you insisted on staying for 7 days and bringing a friend. When we offered to help find alternative flights and arrange accommodation based on your treatment duration, you responded with extremely rude and demanding messages , using phrases like “You will pay,” “You will do this,” in an aggressive, commanding tone. You insisted that your friend’s stay must be fully covered.

And, when you arrived, we discovered a metal surgical plate inserted into your jawbone ( you did not even mention that before you come and we asked about that many times ) a type only used after facial trauma or fracture surgery. You initially denied knowing what it was, but when we pointed out it could only have been placed after a jaw operation, you changed your explanation and claimed it was due to an unrelated “eye surgery,” which makes no medical sense..

Moreover, the damage to your dental work was the result of an external impact, which is explicitly not covered by the warranty, as clearly stated in our policy and standard across all clinics globally. If trauma from a fight or accident were to be covered by warranty, then anyone could damage their teeth and demand free treatment — this is simply unreasonable and not how warranties work.

You also verbally abused and threatened our team members ( even to our driver ) shouting and using profanities in front of other patients. You explicitly stated: “If you don’t fix my teeth, I will leave a bad review and ruin your reputation, you’ll see.” All of this is recorded on our clinic’s cameras and can be presented legally if needed.

Despite our kind and professional approach, your unacceptable and aggressive behaviour led us to end your treatment. We treat all of our patients with respect and go above and beyond to help — but we will not tolerate threats, lies, or abuse.

Due to your defamatory and dishonest claims, we are now initiating legal action to protect the reputation of our clinic.

We are sorry to read your review and would like to clarify the situation for the benefit of all readers.

You chose composite bonding because you did not want any shaving or alternative treatment methods. During your consultation at our Antalya clinic, we explained the nature of this treatment in detail, including its aesthetic advantages as well as its limitations—such as the potential for minor damage over time due to individual biting habits.

After your initial dental appointment, you let us know you were not fully satisfied with the result. We agreed it required further refinement and promptly arranged for you to return the next evening, opening the clinic outside of normal hours to complete the work at no cost. Following this visit, you were extremely happy with the outcome, and you even consented to us sharing the photos on our Instagram page.

When you returned to the UK, you later requested additional amendments. Although we were under no obligation to provide further treatment, we prioritised patient satisfaction. We invited you back to Antalya and carried out the requested work free of charge. At that time, you again confirmed in writing and in photos that you were happy with the result.

Later, you reported a small chip on a front tooth. This is a known risk we had discussed with you during your visits, and you were given personalised advice on how to minimise such issues. Despite this, we remained happy to offer further assistance in good faith.

Throughout this process, our team continued to respond respectfully, even when receiving messages containing threats.

Your review does not accurately reflect the full context or our sustained efforts to support you. We remain committed to providing honest, ethical care and are always willing to share documentation to demonstrate this.
