Our Helpful Hands Reviews

Great communication. Reasonable rates. Tony was brilliant. Highly recommended.

Great service from first text enquiring about availability to a reply within 20 mins! Very friendly and accommodating. I received a text making sure that I was at home then another when van pulled up outside my home. Chap called Tony was very friendly and reassuring to my elderly mother who was dreading it all. Quick, no hassle collection for a very reasonable price. Will definitely be using Our Helping Hands in the future! Great experience!

The team responded quickly to my request. They came on time and were very professional. Would definitely use them again.

Great communication and friendly service with swift replies to queries and I was informed of the time of arrival. Very quick to remove the items upon arrival. High recommended!

Superb service from start to finish. An immediate response to my enquiry, a speedy and friendly collection and a fair price. Will definitely use again

From start to finish the guys at Our Helpful Hands were a pleasure to deal with. They completed a house clearance from my mums cluttered, messy and dirty home after she moved to a nursing home. It was a big job and access was not easy. They kept me up to date of their progress at all times and were very respectful and professional. The price they quoted for the removal and recycling of the old furniture, books, stair lift and general clutter was competitive and reasonable. I would recommend these guys for sure.

I recently used Our Helpful Hands for rubbish removal, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service! From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and incredibly friendly. They handled everything with care and ensured the process was hassle-free for me.

What stood out the most was their attention to detail and punctuality. They arrived on time, worked quickly, and left the area spotless. Whether it was clearing garden waste or household rubbish, they handled it all with expertise.

Their customer service is excellent—they were easy to communicate with and very responsive to my questions. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction.

If you’re looking for a reliable and trustworthy rubbish removal company, I highly recommend Our Helpful Hands. They make a typically stressful task feel effortless!

Excellent work by Tony and Christian. They turned up on time and completely cleared out the garage. Very helpful and tidy and courteous. I would definitely use this service again for a major home clear out. I thought this was good value for money. James

Helpful, efficient service. Top marks all round

Great work from the team! Got in touch instantly, seamless communication via Whatsapp, kept me updated and provided an affordable estimate for a quick turnaround.

Personable, efficient and got the job done with little fuss. From start to finish the experience was amazing. The booking was done with a great quote which represented the amount needed to be cleared. Tony was highly professional in his approach and both Chris and Tony cleared everything with little fuss. Second d time I’ve used this company and would always use again.
