Our Helpful Hands Reviews

Don't hesitate, hire Our helping hands if you want a stress free way of disposing of your items. Everyone was friendly, honest and informative. No nasty surprises only pleasant ones.

Scheduled the removal of the contents of an entire kitchen which included super heavy appliances and cabinetry- ALL of which needed to be carried down 4 flights of stairs!
The team were incredibly professional, punctual, abided by all building regs (no matter how ridiculous they were!) they removed all items in a timely manner and left the apartment completely spotless. I found this company via Google search and hired them based on the reviews and I’m so glad that I did!!! Efficient from start to finish. I look forwarded to using them again.

My fridge was collected same day, the drivers were in and out in within 5 minutes. Fast and efficient collection, thank you!

Excellent service. Took care of everything I needed, and with a three floor walk up. Very appreciative of the quick and thorough process.

Great service quick and friendly very happy

Excellent service. Quick, friendly professional and polite. Removed furniture as requested. Would highly recommend again.

Prompt, courteous staff, fast and efficient workers and tidied up after themselves. Would definitely use again.

I spoke to simona on the phone in the afternoon and from there everything was arranged and done and completed within a few hours.
Toni and Leon arrived on time and were totally amazing. They simply didn't give up on getting a massage chair out which was too heavy and big. They had to dismantle it and put such effort into it. I am so grateful to you all for a great service and highly recommend your company.

Great job. Professional. Arrived on time. My garden waste was cleared quickly and without fuss.

Book and collected in the same day. Guys were on time, very efficient and polite. We would use them again. Thank you

Immediate response (on a Sunday!) to quote request and reasonable price quoted. Job completed the next day by very personable team. All done with great efficiency and courtesy. I have used Our Helpful Hands before and will do so again. Highly recommended. Keith

I have used this company three times now and it is excellent. Very quick to respond, punctual on times and above all do a great job of clearing and cleaning up as well. All the staff I have met have been very helpful and I would highly recommend for large or small home clearance work.

The office with very helpful and efficient. Sorted collection quickly and easily. They managed to deal with the complications of collecting from my mews very well. When the guys arrived to collect the items they were polite, friendly and efficient. I can not say a bad word about them it all went perfectly. I have already booked the next job for them.

Really easy company to deal with: Responded quickly and efficiently to our enquiry, asked us to send a photo of what rubbish we needed cleared away and then gave a good, competitive quote.
At the agreed date and time, two very friendly guys - Tony and Leon - turned up, having called 15 minutes prior to warn us of their impending arrival. They then cleared away all our stuff very quickly and efficiently, making sure we were happy before heading off.
I couldn't recommend these guys enough and would definitely use them again if I needed to.

Helpful, friendly team online - great communication from Simona.
Tony and Leon were prompt, friendly, quick and overall 10/10.

Tony and Leon were friendly and efficient. They dismantled the shed quickly and helped sort out the things I wanted to keep. They tidied up afterwards. I was impressed by their professional behaviour.
