I purchased a song on the 7/14 for my wife on our anniversary which was to day the 19th. I got a email stating that my request had been honored. I tried the link and all I got was a spinning circle. I sent a email stating I couldn't access my song. They sent me another email which had the same problem. I've tried the link on four different devices. I finally got through to support and they had me try a couple of things but it still didn't work. A day later support sent me a email stating that they had terminated the request from their end for an unknown reason. But the took my money and have not given me a refund. And now they are ghosting my emails. Getting ready to contact my bank, BBB, and report it as a scam.

The song was so well put together it had the quality you’d expect from a well known artist

So easy to do and I know my husband is going to love it. I keep playing it and I just received it. I can't wait for another occasion to make another song for him!

First of all you guys are amazing.The title of the song was beautiful the words were very well written it made me cry even before I let her hear it.She was blown away and I think she let everyone listen to it we will cherish this for years to come. Thank you guys so much!!
