Good products, but bad follow-up and inconsistent pricing
The products themselves are good quality and among the best options for outdoor cats, but my experience with customer service was very disappointing.
I paid $117.57, including taxes, for two products. Less than a month later, the exact same order cost only $94.72 in total, a difference of $22.85.
Regarding a delivery issue, Claudia from customer service repeatedly promised to get back to us “tomorrow” or “next Monday,” but never followed up unless we contacted her again. She explained that the company had too many orders to manage, but this should not become the customer’s problem.
When paying premium prices, customers should be able to expect high-quality products as well as reliable and transparent service.
Good products, but inconsistent pricing and very disappointing customer support. I would hesitate to order again.
