I decided to replace the old roof fans in my RV with this 12V air conditioner, and I couldn't be happier with the decision. The installation was a breeze-it fit perfectly into the existing fan opening, which saved me a lot of hassle. The cooling power is impressive, especially compared to the old fans, and now I can stay comfortable in both the heat and the cold.

Efficient for long hauls
I added this 12V AC to my truck, and it's been an absolute lifesaver on long drives. Installed on my RV
Installed the rooftop AC unit on my RV, the unit came pre-filled with refrigerant, I followed the detailed installation guide, and within a few hours, the unit was up and running. The AC unit kept the interior of my RV comfortably cool. I monitored the air outlet temperature after running the unit in its most powerful mode for 15 minutes, and it consistently delivered a refreshing breeze. With a 600Ah battery, I was able to get a solid 10 hours of cooling, which is perfect for overnight use.

I recently installed OutEquipPro's rooftop RV air conditioner, and I gotta say, it's been a solid addition to my travels. The installation process was straightforward. The guide made sense, and everything connected up without a hitch. Cooling-wise, it does the job well. Gets the well. Gets the interior nice and chilly in about 10 mins, which is a godsend during those hot summer days. The heating function has also come in handy on a few cold nights, keeping the space warm without any issues.

I am not sure why it took so long to receive responses from them, recently they have been much more responsive to my questions and have been helpful in resolving my issues with installation.
I purchased the 12v ac/heater for my camper van. There was absolutely no instructions on which connector went into which receptor. I tried contacting the company through their website multiple times and never received any response. Customer service is non existent.

I purchased a air conditioner for my trailer from outequippro and got the product very quickly at a good price. After a few weeks I ran into some major life challenges and wanted to return the unit since I needed the money. They said they would take it back but it ended up costing me a lot to ship so they offered me a partial refund and i was really appreciative of this.
