My art piece was better than I expected!
I was contacted and updated the whole time my order was being sorted. Delivery driver even communicated with me directly. Art outlet suggested a change in my frame to compliment the picture and wow what an amazing piece it is!

Excellent service. We ordered a large mirror and it came a lot sooner than we thought which delighted us. Delivery men were extremely helpful and made sure we checked that mirror was in excellent condition. Definitely a superior online shopping experience.

Excellent service from start to finish. My coffee table is stunning. The delivery driver was so nice, kept us informed of delivery time and put table together for us. I was so delighted with the coffee table which matched a display unit I purchase from them last year that I have already ordered a dining table to match. So, I am looking forward to delivery shortly. Stunning furniture and accessories. Would highly recommend.

Nice picture, when finally received
Really thought I was being ripped off after reading the bad reviews but received my picture eventually. Ordered on the 1st January and received it on the 12th March. Pleased with my picture (although a little less detail than pictured). As I live in Wales I was told after I ordered it that they couldn't deliver to me until they had other orders from Wales even though I paid for delivery. My advice would be don't bother if you live too far away unless you're happy to wait up to 10 weeks like I did.

You placed an order just before years eve. Our home page clearly stated all wall art orders would be processed on January 11th once the art supplier reopened. We then also highlighted on the wall art category page the lead time on wall art was 6-8 weeks. We then advised you again on your confirmation email of the lead time. Your order was in fact delivered within 7 weeks from the date of supplier reopening well within the time scale quoted. We cant do anymore as a company on reiterating lead times as its repeated numerous times to advise customers. We also state some locations do take time to hand deliver goods to as we cannot post these items out. You forget to mention we have over 800 postive reviews but sadly focus on 0.5% of negativity.
