Disappointment
We were happy with all our previous orders delivered on time. However, this is the first time that I didn't receive any updates regarding my last 2 orders. I had to chase outspot a few times, which is really out of order. I was really looking forward to get my handbag. Eventually I had to ask for both my orders to be cancelled and requested a refund.
Very very disappointed, it's put to off from placing further orders.
