Overherd Reviews

I bought a bag of overherd a while back, absolutely fabulous, for the last few weeks I have been on the road performing (circus) at 3 different festivals, so I was not in a position to order more. It is an awesome product, made from organic 🧡 oats, and SO convenient! I have had to buy cartons...
It is brilliant, just add water to make milk, or add to drinks (wonderful for Cacao!) It is a wonderful product and I wholeheartedly recommend it 🌏🧡

The powdered milk is always packaged well and delivered on time. I personally don't drink oat milk but my grandson does. He loves the flavour and drinks it with no problems. It's very easy to mix dissolves well no clumping just smooth tasty oat milk.

Fantastic product. Tastes great and easy to use. I no longer have to carry heavy cartons of oatmilk from the supermarket.
The glass bottle, storage canister and travel tin are high quality additions. I use all of them day to day. They are practical and look smart.

I first saw and tasted Overherd was when I attended a Buddhist zen Retreat at Being Peace Centre... their Plum Village practice tradition only provides the best quality vegan organic food... This pack of Overherd was placed at their tea barn table for retreatants making tea.

I was reading the package and immediately loved the idea of saving 8 cartoons for one pack of oat milk powder!!! It won't cool down my hot tea... and the taste was good!!! I am sold already and immediately search them and 2 packs was waiting for me when I arrived home from my retreat ;-)

I am now on subscription and have been singing songs for them since!!

So far, my experience has been nothing but excellent. This seems to be a great company with a great product. I would recommend it to anyone who loves oat milk but doesn't love carrying home endless cartons of it from the supermarket.

Overherd is an amazing idea!
I'm loving it!
As a lactose intolerant for over 20 years, I've always tried new brands of plant based milk, and I realised that oat is my favourite flavour!
However, having to carry home litters and litters of heavy packages weekly it was a real struggle.
With Overherd I don't have to struggle no more! 😃
Delicious oat milk powder delivered to my door step! (Please don't wake me up if this is a dream!)
And the generous Overherd team also offered me a bamboo spoon and a beautiful glass bottle, to keep my drink always fresh!
Who can ask for anything more?

I was a bit sceptical about this product, as I have never had good results from powdered milk. It actually works perfectly, and tastes, to me, every bit as good as the oat milk I used to buy in cartons. It's no more expensive than cartons, and it's really good not having to dispose of the cartons.

Fast Delivery,really nice oat milk.
I purchased the starter set with the milk bottle and storage tin. It mixes really easy in the bottle and I also put it directly in my hot drinks makes it nice and creamy. I have also gone on to a subscription as it saves money.

so delighted to be introduced to Overherd Oat Milk powder - Saves so much on packaging and no Rapeseed oil. Recently i was away and the parcel was delivered to the recycling shed - my safe place but put in the cardboard recycle box. My helpful neighbor put out the recycling as i was away - guess what? my mail and my overherd delivery went straight to recycle collection!!! I contacted overherd as i had not received the delivery and then worked out what had happened. Immediately they sent a replacement product - so kind - had forgotten what excellent customer service is - Thank you

I have been getting a subscription for some time, now. I chose overherd because it's grown and produced in britain. Staff were very helpful at adjusting and sorting subscription, so i never run out of milk. No more piles of cartons to lug around. Daughter and granddaughter now use it, and 2 shopkeepers said they were going to try it for themselves. No more black tea when i pop to friends houses. Love it

I really like this milk and I found the price of the 8 litre pouch only marginally different to buying the equivalent in cartons. It keeps really cold in the glass bottle in the fridge and the bottle is easy to clean. The scoop is very easy to use and I find mixing it in the bottle with a fork helps it dissolve quicker. The initial lumps soon disappear. It’s not as creamy as the cartons as it doesn’t have the oils but that’s a plus for me.

Love Overherd - so easy to make and much cheaper than ready made oat milk - takes up less room too - would highly recommend !!

Good value, good communication, easy to amend a subscription (if you have one) and the product itself is great. You need to put some effort in to mix it properly, but it's worth it to have tasty oat milk on demand with no waste, and no non-recyclable packaging. Good taste, good consistency, good stuff!

The milk is really nice and as good as any of the premium brands, in my opinion. It also mixes very easily.

The only downside is that the glass bottle leaks badly and I can't get it to not leak, even when following their recommendations. Currently using a protein powder mixer bottle as seems a better alternative (although plastic which is annoying). Also the measuring spoon handle broke with a few days.

Great product, and will keep buying, just wish that the accessories were a bit better.

I had a pop up on social media and was instantly intrigued. I placed an order straight away as I have a pending volunteer trip coming up and i don’t want to be looking for oat milk on arrival when I will be with colleagues and I don’t fancy putting liquids in my suitcase for the flight.
Anyhoo, the order arrived in good time and made some up (I make gravy and hot chocolate for the kids, MAKE THE PASTE!) so far, so good. Tastes good, the husband thought so too. In the tea, I’m getting used to it. A few months back I switched from a poplar barista brand down to a more “milk” style oat milk. So, the jump between them is much greater than the oat milk to overherd.
It’s really good on cereal, no drama in the Yorkshire puddings, I’m not sure about straight up powder into tea but it may just be getting used to it. It’s handy to have in the car, I keep bees and it’s nice to make a brew between apiaries for a short break and I loath carrying around cartons.
I’ve got a super sensitive stomach and there is a little grumbling but I am hoping if I wean it into my diet then i will become accustomed, however, by weaning I mean I am substituting every other cup of tea for water, so that’s no bad thing. Having said that, I did read all of the reviews and it may be paranoia, endless years of a misdiagnosed dairy allergy will do that to you
There was a slight issue with the lid on the bottle, sent a message, got one straight back, solved the problem immediately. The rubber seal had just popped out.
Told the kids that it’s a contender and there response was “yeah, we now don’t have to lose half of our holidays looking for oat milk”
I’ll post an update once I have used it for longer.

This saves us so much space in our campervan. No more milk cartons. Delicious, creamy oat milk. Great in coffee and tea!

The oat powder is easy to use and tastes good with cereal or in coffee. It is less convenient than cartons and need to order 8+ packets to be competitive on price but is probably better for the environment.

Love this oat milk powder. So versatile and soo many uses. I use it straight into coffee, make it up and make pancakes, Yorkshire puddings etc. tastes lovely and is creamy and you can make it as thick as you want to or as thin. Love this oat milk powder.

Great product in every way, presented very well. Communication is second to none. I've been singing the praises of Overherd since I began using it. I am on subscription. Thank you team.

Excellent product, so easy to use and all natural! Lovely creamy texture. Saves waste when using cartons as I nearly always had to throw away before finishing.
With Overherd, just use amount you need and put away until you need again.
Ordering and delivery straightforward. Highly recommended!
