If a Try Demo feature is available for self-assurance and purpose suitability, it is therefore expected that anyone is free to apply and try a server before fully committing a subscription. Subsequently, a refund is not necessary and is highly unavailable.

We appreciate your last statement, however, support is always available until case closure with no interest in any incentives.
EDIT: It is reported that the customer has not responded to his Ticket on the Help Center beyond 24 hours to confirm resolution or further assistance on his case. However, we received an answer after 24 hours.
Moreover, the customer claims, that the internal associated support department had not assisted him in switching the Server OS yet it is a misleading statement and the process has been performed successfully and promptly during working hours, exactly on 21/06/2022 (https://ibb.co/PhmJwPv) which additionally clarifies the frontline integrity of this customer's statements.
EDIT: The customer claims that he has not stated that the Server OS is switched yet statements display the opposite on the first edit. Furthermore, customer made statements on Server-Sharing concerning a VPS Server which can only be available in shared environments along with other VPS's overlooking the fact that VPS Servers are only meant to be shared otherwise the viewpoint will be directed towards Dedicated Servers. While this may sound straightforward, it is much to be explained for users without enough knowledge in the range of cloud computing to have an initial understanding of how each server type is supposed to be.
EDIT: Customer claims, the ineligibility of refund in such case is wrongful while concurrently service is delivered and active with subject to our TOS/AUP validating in such case the full refund ineligibility. Statement related to the Overlaxed Discord Property is certainly case-independent as this channel is held and maintained by external Partner Administrators who maintain this property without any internal interference from the Overlaxed team who solely operates on official channels such as the Help Center, and besides, this Trustpilot profile and current review being publicly available for viewers and reviewers prove we do welcome all feedback. Although it is claimed that the associated dept. Had not assisted or replaced on his service, the case is reported to be yet open and assistance is undergoing as of now, however, as may seem from the last statement reveals, cooperation on his current ticket for assistance is yet to be reported.

Nonetheless, the user threatened and performed a bad-reviews attack that was reported, flagged, and deleted by our Trustpilot partners. the user has received his service and the subscription is further updated on every applicable delay caused from our side accordingly furthermore, he has been assisted promptly by the responsible team department and his virtualization issue has been resolved days ago after a continued workaround from the support department which expected appreciative and co-operative attitude yet did not have it. Subsequently, this review herein is misleading and a true distortion of the company's reputation on one of its feedback-sharing channels. After requests from the user to amicably reconsider his review asserting the fact that the responsible team department fairly and carefully assisted him within short frames, updated his subscription expiration date as the resolution is undergoing and his problem is resolved days ago, he eagerly refused to co-operate and kept on defaming by threatening to share additional bad reviews "https://ibb.co/7WBccSM" and according to that he was terminated from all the Overlaxed properties subject to the breached legal document found at: https://www.overlaxed.com/legal/policies/tos
