They used to provide good quality bags, but I ordered the same bag after a year, and its quality is unbelievably cheap. Parachute sparkling cheap material and they aren't even replying.

Very bad quality... Low and light quality... Not only of my bag but my 2 other friends also bought different models but very low low quality... Never recommended

I order bag when I receive opened it it's not that bag that I have seen on picture and it has a fishy bad smell

I ordered the Backup Bag S11 from Overtop on April 28 and received it on May 2. The product looked great in the videos and pictures on website, but in reality, it’s extremely poor quality. The stitching is uneven, the material feels cheap, and it’s not usable at all.

I contacted customer care the same day I received it and shared my concerns. They said they would forward my complaint, but after two days, they simply told me the company refused to accept the return. This was a complete waste of money. Very bad experience. Not recommended

Complete scam, I bought S11 Backpack and it is made of a cheap parachute material not as shown in the picture like if you try to tear it from your hand it will tear, the inside of the backpack is completely different and coloured blue, no compartments or pockets are there as shown in pictures, total wrong item. Also the 2 essential bags which are advertised with this backpack are not here either but some (4) cheap pouches are here instead which are of no use.

I’ve WhatsApp them on 14th they told me they've filed a complaint and I’ll be hearing from them soon but no resolution and now they’re not even replying, Emailed them, no resolution. Received this on 14th May, 2025.

Very cheap material has been used – it's made of shiny and low quality plastic, and it's very different from what was shown online. Even the essential bags are different. I mean, what a lie was shown online.

Scam Alert!!!

One of the shittiest, third rate quality products I have ever bought. The products are nowhere near the same as advertised, The service is crap; when you reach out to them they just say you got what you ordered.

I have pictures that I sent them to show the difference but they just stopped replying. They are f**king scammers.

They are not clearly mentioning what essential bags are, and those they send are absolutely not like pictures... essential bags are not even worth 100 rupees.. the original bag I ordered feels so cheap... wasted 2500 rupeeesssss

Overtop is Trash
This brand with it's constant advertising and PR campaign has been showing up on my feed for the last 6 months and it was just this month that I needed a new bag. I went online and after a thorough vetting in which I saw their blazing reviews, I selected a bag and waited an entire week for the bag to arrive. When it was finally delivered, the bag I received wasn't at all what was shown in the pictures from the website and they have aloooot of pictures from different angles. It is made of the most low grade material, the stitching is abominable and the (garbage bag) despicable quality makes you want to scream with frustration. I have been constantly trying to contact them via email and WhatsApp and called several times on their number but so far they have just sent me a cute little message that "your complaint has been forwarded". Wth does that even mean? I am asking for a simple refund. I have never been scammed this badly in my life. These people need to be behind bars for their lowly service and constant scams which have been going on for quite a while considering all of the swindled customers on Trustpilot.

Scam company .....bought 1 buy 2 bag free deal but they send me 1 porper bag and 2 eseenstials small bags ....and then i ask them to return the order they didn't corporate

False Advertising & Fake Reviews:
Their website is flooded with fake 5-star reviews to trick customers. Meanwhile, Trustpilot—where they boast a 4.7 rating—actually reveals the truth: 1-star complaints dominate. Real reviews (like mine) expose scams like “Buy 1 Get 1 Free” delivering coin-sized bags or items that rip within days.

Ghosting & Zero Accountability:
After receiving this trash, I messaged them on Instagram, emailed, and even tried WhatsApp—no response. They’ve perfected the art of ignoring customers once they’ve stolen your money.

Trustpilot Deception:
Their claimed 4.7 rating is a sham. Dig deeper, and you’ll find hundreds of angry customers describing identical nightmares: unresponsive support, fake tracking numbers, and blatant lies about product quality.

Final Warning:
OVERTOP is not a legitimate brand—it’s a systematic scam. The fake reviews, misleading ads, and ghosting “customer service” prove they prioritize fraud over integrity. Do yourself a favor: avoid this brand unless you enjoy being robbed of your money and sanity.
