Excellent service, some email spam
Sent the medication I required with no issue, excellent service there. Did not stop emailing me for a review, which was a bit annoying, but they did apologize afterwards.

Private Prescription Order Lost!
Private Prescription Order Confirmed and then Promptly lost! Acknowledged as Received by their Online Messaging Portal, then when I called to pay, was left on hold for 14 minutes whilst they went away to find my prescription! Consequently I hung up and had to call back and was told at this point they could not find my prescription. Then they followed up with an email contradicting themselves and denying having ever received a prescription! .. Despite their prior confirmation on their messaging portal dated 18/05/2026 saying that they had!? Appalling Service. A very disorganised company. Not the first time I've been left on hold for long periods. Poor approach to Customer Service. I would avoid at all costs.
