Just an acknowledgment of how much I appreciate the crew in Blackrock in Louth. Shocking weather conditions, blew rubbish out of the green bin, one of the workers went out of his way to gather it and then proceeded to clear branches that had fallen. Thank you, great service.

From the start was good service, but not anymore. I dont wont Oxigen anymore.

Lifted skip on day I rang to say it was ready

Despite being told here to phone customer services, they are still telling me my bin was in excess of monthly allowance, despite the bing being practically empty. It's an absolute rip off. Disgraceful behaviour. Resulting in higher monthly charges despite the high level of recycling i do.

Men always take cardboard boxes when I leave them out. Usually arrive at same time each week so it’s easy to prepare and leave out bins.

quick response when I ordered the skip. Friendly and informative assistance when I needed to contact Oxigen directly.
Phone notification from driver in advance of delivery. Driver placed the skip exactly where I needed it.
Prompt pick-up when the skip needed to be removed.

The office were very helpful and did their very best to accomodate me.

My bin has failed to be collected for no known reason probably once a month for the past year, every time i ring they have no idea why the drivers don’t collect it and it gets collected 2-3 days later (which is inconvenient enough as it is -especially for a paid service).
Last week my rubbish bin was not collected and i heard the bin truck outside and taking my neighbours bin which i assumed was also mine, when i rang the next morning i was told it would be sent to operations and they’d call me back, instead this time i got a text saying to leave it out and it would be collected the next day which it was not and then it was the weekend and they were closed. i sent an email and on monday i received no reply. monday afternoon i rang again said my bin is now a week over due it is now over flowing and nobody has come, yet again i get told ill get a call back and yet i again i have received a text saying ‘sorry but we can’t collect your bin until your next collection date but we will take 3 extra bags with it’
Absolute joke, no customer service, no compensation.. i now have to put my bin bags out the back to get rats??? and my bin would usually be full going out and they think this equates to 3 bags?
my bin has been out overflowing for over a week with all my neighbours able to see and now i’m to start dumping bin bags alongside it. I have had enough and will never use this company going forward.

The lack of communication regarding the pickup soured a good service. No information for an online booking about the need to phone to pick up on the day the booking finished. The skip was delayed by a day which was stressful as large deliveries were arriving and the driveway was blocked. No clear time was given as to the pick up which led to multiple phone calls during an already stressful morning. Spoke to two different women. The first one was lovely, I think she had a scottish accent.
The second was patronising. I would not use them again.

Very accommodating team. Prepared to work around different needs and schedule changes. Would definitely hire from them again

Great efficient service all round from order,delivery to collection.

I needed to understand the extra bin lift charge. Our bin lid was damaged and our bin excess related to the amount of water rather than refuse. Courtney one of your staff members explained the extra cost. In reply I mentioned about our damaged bin lid . Courtney followed on this and offered to replace same. I asked would there be a cost involved, very pleasant surprised, no extra cost.

Great service, no hassle drop off and pick up

Picking a skip was easy to do due to the wealth of information and prices given in their website . From then on all I needed to do was telephone and the date and time were pretty bang on . Collection was the same and the driver was very helpful and professional

Rang at approx 11.30 on the day of delivery. Lady told me she would get it to me asap.(But driver was out)
It arrived at 8 p.m.
Driver wanted to leave it on the road side. In my housing estate it would have bn full in a hour & not with my stuff.
On day of collection. I had to go out. So asked for driver to close the gates when he was leaving..
That evening my son was driving past and the bin was gone but the gates were left open..

Very easy and user friendly. Got a text message prior to delivery.
