I’ve been using OXVA for quite a while now, and I’m currently on my fifth device from the brand. I started with the XLIM Pro, followed by the XLIM Pro 2, XLIM SQ Pro, Oneo, and now the Oneo Pro.
I keep choosing OXVA because the quality and flavor have always been great for me. Every new device feels like an upgrade, and the Oneo Pro is no exception. It looks sleek, feels comfortable to use, and performs really well for everyday use.
Five OXVA devices later, I can definitely say that OXVA is still one of my favorite brands. Really happy with my Oneo Pro! 🫶

I am currently using a third OXVA device (Xlim Ultra 3), previously I had Xlim Pro and Xlim Pro 2. OXVA is just getting better and better with every product. Their devices have a really good design and long battery life. I am very impressed with the customer service, where I didn’t know they will answer me back so quickly! They were very helpful when I had problem with my device. I will definitely keep going to buy OXVA products.

As a store owner OXVA kits have seen a massive improvement in quality. I almost never get a return or faulty device with them. Their nexlim pods are probably the best pods I've sold in a long time, they don't leak, the flavours good and they last ages. I would class their brand as the best overall kits I sell. Very impressed.

Bought 1st device ever, xlim sq pro 2, got heavily leaked and resulted in defected unit. The display couldnt read the ohm meter correctly.

Send the unit to service centre, took more than 2 months (since june 2026), after severals time emailing back and forth, finally just received the replacement unit today and it has different colour than before. along with a paper voucher of exclusive access, perhaps as an apology gesture. A good gesture however why should wait until i repeatedly emailing asking for updates.

Customer service is brilliant. Had an issue with my vape and easily resolved with just a couple of emails. Superb.

I purchased 3 pro 2 dna pod devices at Christmas , two for me and one for my brother !! These vapes are faulty products that are still on the market so I feel a little conned by oxva , which is a shame as it be used there products for years but the dna is a joke .
Constantly and I’m talking 1000’s of times in 6 months you get the fill pod warning , even after filling the pod , even with a brand new coil , the DNA which they sold as the smartest pod device is straight up dumb lol , constantly get half a puff before it turns red , so frustrating and when searching it up it’s all over Reddit that this is happening to a lot of people with this device and yet it is still for sale !! It is the worst vape device I have ever owned by some margin , I can only warn you to never purchase the dna and after this I will be looking for a new brand to get my vape devices as this is disgraceful to sell a product that clearly had problems and to just keep pushing it out as to not lose money yourselves but happy for customers to waste there money !! I loved oxva but after the dna I’m done 👍
Replying to the response , it is not e liquid as I use so many different juices that it can’t be all liquid of them and pods are to be used with Nic salts , boring response that helps nothing they know these pens have issues and there to deep to change it

I accidentally ordered wrong color of my device from oxvaeu, and I was thinking that it was no issue but since I couldn’t modify or cancel my order I decided to text the support about it, but their response time is so long, if oxvas customer service didn’t take so long to respond it would be changed no problem because after I made my request the parcel was still waiting in the warehouse for several hours and now I will have to pay a big price for a return package, shit support, will buy from other shops next time

Been using Oxva for a long time now. Their products are consistently great, I've tried other brands and in my opinion Oxva is the best out there.
I currently use a Xlim Pro 3 and a Xlim Pro 2 DNA. Both are excellent vapes. They charge quickly and the battery life is great. The vapes seem to hold their charge better than other brands I've tried.
The design of the vapes is excellent. They're very durable, don't scratch easily and generally feel very well made and good quality compared to most other brands. There's lots of customisable features, easy to adjust and very consistent. Never had an issue in the time I've been using them.
The pods, in my opinion are the best on the market. Flavour is outstanding, they last a super long time and I've never had them leak not even one time. The stainless steel pods for the Pro 2 DNA have anti-burn technlogy which will prevent the pod from burning if you take a dry hit. It works excellently and has saved me more than a few times. Its a great feature and I believe is something no other pod system offers.
If you are considering buying an Oxva product, have full confidence that they really are as good as it gets. I have experience with various different brands and I feel Oxva has them beat on all fronts.
Additionally: I have only ever had to contact the customer service team one time, which was to query buying a product not available in my area. They responded quickly, were super helpful. For a company of their size, I found this impressive.

8 months ago I bought my first oxva vape, the Xlim Pro 2, by recommendation from a friend. The vape has held up for 99,999 puffs, the battery hasn't degraded, hasn't leaked, it was a brilliant purchase at a great price.
