Order Keeps Getting Delayed
Purchased a new cooler from them that was supposed to deliver mid-March. It got delayed to mid-April and then delayed again until mid-May. I wouldn’t be surprised if it gets delayed again. I responded to their email thread where I got my order confirmation to cancel my order. They couldn’t locate my order even though I provided my email, order#, and shipping zip code. Ended up disputing with my credit card company to do a backcharge as I’m not going to deal with their BS. Thought their service was bad but this bad? Switch from YETI to try Oyster but going to switch back. Never again getting Oyster. YETI has much better customer service.
