OVATION OF THE SEAS 12/03/2020 CRUISE FROM SYDNEY
We were on the Ovation of the Seas and our cruise was for 11 nights, but because of the virus and because New Zealand had closed it's boarders we couldn't go there, so our ship came back early. So we only sailed from 12th March and came back to Sydney on the 18th March. We were told that we could have a 100% refund or 125% off our next cruise. We chose the 100% REFUND, but we are still waiting for this after 5 months!!!! Ozcruising will not answer their phone so we have e-mailed them a few times and they have e-mailed us back saying someone will get in touch with us. But up till now this has NOT happened!! How much longer do we have to wait to get this REFUND???????

We are still waiting for our refund of a cunard cruise booked for March 2020 and cancelled due to CoVid situation. Initially advised 6-8 weeks then 12 weeks now 6-9 months. Why are the cruise company’s getting away with this so wrong.
Ozcruising Shenanigans!
My wife and I had booked on the " Voyager of the Seas" from Sydney to
Singapore on April 19th 2020. Due to COVID 19 the cruise was cancelled.
We had paid most of the fares in 2018. Fellow cruisers who booked
at the same time as ourselves have had cruise monies repaid some three
weeks ago. ( As at May 21 2020)
Repeated requests to " Ozcruising " for return of our fares being met with
a wall of silence! One of the few responses we did receive said we will
probably have to wait 8 months! Modern day piracy!
Strongly suggest if you are thinking of booking a cruise with this company
you will probably find more honest companies elsewhere!
What Service!!
Booked a premium cabin on a Carnival Cruise with Oz Cruising as an early bird offer only to find a few months later there is even better pricing with an increased on board credit. Enquired as to my eligibility for the onboard credit only, and was told it wouldn't apply to my booking. The service from Oz Cruising is terrible! Spend $7500 and they will happily alienate you for $200 in onboard credit!! Disgusting.... Avoid Oz Cruising if you expect any type of quality customer service.
Fantastic Online Cruise Agent
When booking our cruise price was the main consideration, I checked prices at many of online cruise web sites. Price was essentially the same everywhere - some websites looked cheaper at first but then they had to add taxes, port fees, etc.
Ozcruising provided the best price and more onboard credit than all websites I compared them to. The booking process was also very easy.
