Never recieved my product Never got a refund

I have been waiting over 6 months for a refund on a product I was charged for and never recieved. When I reach out to Ozerty I always get the same reply, "At the moment, your refund request is in our processing queue, as we are currently handling refunds for several customers in the order they were received." DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Update. This company has a discussing way of commercials and customer service. You would find it the way they answer the reviews, after long periods of time and with an automated message for every single bad review.

Being charged twice for one product and they say they are raising awareness for people to consolidate their purchases….. I only ordered one product, I only wanted one product, and apparently because if it’s under $40 I get an “eco charge” on top, oh and my order still hasn’t arrived…! Please please DO NOT order from this company, they are nothing short of thieves, I don’t know how they sleep at night ripping people off like they are. Unacceptable 😡

Non fluoride toothpasr…

I needed to purchase a non fluoride toothpaste. First thing I see? Ozerty! So I’ve placed an order and purchased 2 tubes for less than $50 from this mob. Little did I know, I have been charged extra money for all kinds of things. Well my 2 tubes of toothpaste are now worth $52 each or $104. And yes, I’ve sent an email requesting to cancel the order only to received half baked responses of “sorry but the order has been released and is being picked”, “cancel when you receive the order” and so on. I’m always checking independent customer reviews or Trust Pilot and the one time I don’t check I get scammed. After a month of waiting (yep, the order was delayed by some 3 weeks but I still could not cancel), I received the said toothpaste only to discover I could have purchase it on EBay and pay less than $15 with FREE DELIVERY and no environmental offsets. At the price I’ve paid I believe even Dior would have sold it cheaper. Boiling with anger right now. Avoid like a bad smell.

Thought I was getting a good deal until…

Thought I was getting a good deal until I checked my bank account to find I had been charged $29.95 for a so called eco charge. I wish I had checked this 'Company' out before my purchase. Buyers beware! Avoid it like the plague.
Received order 6th November, wrapped in 3 layers of plastic and nothing like image on website. I have been well and truly scammed.

This company is disgusting

This company is disgusting. After charging me $23.15 for something I DID NOT ORDER they then made another charge 2 days later of $30.84. Have reported them to my bank. BEWARE: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Sneaky robbers

I ordered something for 15 AUD, but in the end, I was charged 25 AUD, plus an extra unauthorized payment of 48 (!!) AUD. After reading these comments, I immediately blocked my card, as I saw that many people were charged multiple times, even months after the initial payment. How can something advertised for 15 AUD end up costing over 70 AUD? What a bunch of scammers stealing money from people. My question is: how can this business still operate on a day-to-day basis?

Very bat people. After the first purchase they will take money from your card and saying that you have to check a box when you make the purchase. They are scam,beware before you make a purchase.

Poor customer experience

Never I repeat never use Ozerty, just scammers, in the six months after they scammed me they took two unauthorised payments from my credit card😡 I had to order a new card, luckily my bank refunded my money!

They have a hidden eco charge that gets taken out of your account a week after the purchase amount. They say it shows at checkout but I don't thing everyone giving these reviews could possibly miss it. They have access to your card and can continue taking money at whim, I have had to cancel my card.

Terrible shopping experience

Terrible shopping experience. They hide ecotaxes and other prices that apply and you only find out after paying. I asked for a refund which is not possible. I had to go with NSW Fair trade to get some money back.
If you are reading this and already got screwed, fight with Fair Trade and let’s make this company close.

I ordered a product for 29 dollars but…

I ordered a product for 29 dollars but they charged me about 70 dollars for the product, i ordered the product a few months ago. Yesterday i went through my bank payments and the took another 60 dollars from my card without me buying anything or subscribing to anything. They told me i subscribed to something but the payment went off a few months later and not every month. My point comes to that they steal your money. The whole thing is a scam and they customer service call number never works
