P4Parking broke my wiper blade when putting a sticky back ticket on my car. No reason to lift the blade whatsoever, refused to take liability and suggested i take them to small claims, the fee for which costs more than a new wiper blade. Horrible company full of horrible people

Disgusting racketeering company that prey on motorists for stopping on specially designed sites with limited parking and double yellow lines alongside parallel parking. Don't waste your time with an appeal, it will be automatically rejected as you cannot curtail their entrapment profits. Even if the vehicle has not been left and you're waiting in the car for a passenger with mobility issues, you will not be asked to move, you will be ticketed. Watch out for patrol officer 8695.

This company pursued me for a parking charge as my valid permit had slipped off my dashboard; I hadn’t noticed as it was the night before my mothers funeral and they rejected my appeal. Abhorrent.

Probably the most awful company I've dealt with. Don't bother with an appeal it will get you nowhere. No way to communicate with them and they just gather your information for no purpose.

What a truly awful company with absolutely no compassion or humanity.

I appealed my fine and explained my genuine situation - but it was not taken into consideration and I was sent a response basically saying that they didn't care I just needed to pay. £60 is an outrageous sum of money.

This company is a scam. I am from Canada and stayed one week in Royal arsenal riverside a week. I paid ticket every full day but still get ticket. I raised the appeal but they send collector to collect the fine 170$! What a disappointment!

I have received a ticket for £60 parking on the new building site called chelsea creek in chelsea only parked for 5 minutes dropping off a parcel I have appealed but they rejected it. I spoke to an operator who was not english and was rude rude rude i have decided to not pay and wait and see what happens if the bailiffs arrive ? what then I do not know, but we will see and will write my report again,

Parasitic company. Scamming innocent people with an awful approach to appeals. Automated responses no matter the content of the appeal.

Threatening letters mentioning bailiffs coming to visit for untrialled fines - an illegal practice.

Do not contract P4 Parking as the contractor can be liable for their corrupt practises.

Received parking fine when I purchased a ticket and it was placed in the vehicle, only partial was not seen but the payment part was also showing so it clearly showed I paid. Tried to get them to over turn as I had card payment and ticket showing I paid they kept stating this was not going to be overturned. They are just con artists this shows when they are not regulated. How can this be allowed they should be monitored not allowed to carry on

this is a scam! issuing tickets when they have no right! my car was parked fine and i got a random ticket. not getting paid thats for sure. i will wait for them to try and take action and then i will make it clear they had no right. they have no leg to stand on and are just trying it! most people just pay..do not pay these scammers

Company who takes your money away, no matter what.
I am a community nurse and I do have a PCT parking permit, who allow me parking in most places to see patients.
Did got a parking ticket while at the patient house, did said "was no parking permit display, unfortunately they electronic now, so no hard copies.
I did took some time inside as my patient had an anbulance crew with him.
Did explained all the elements of my visit and did present my electronic parking permit.
Such was ignored.
If you poor and cannot afford a lawyer, dont park with this company.
Very inappropriate behaviour towards health visitor.

Gave me a ticket even though I had a permit and provided it but advised me a £100 charge because the permit slipped off the dash is reasonable. Horrible customer service, rude, cut throat any factor or land owner considering using these I hope you have 0 morals or cares towards your fellow man and they don't even do their job properly every night my car park is full with non permit holders that leave before the inspector comes round to check at 11.

Do not pay their fines if you receive them, even if you are worried about their threatening letters! I had a visitors permit which was valid, my friend parked next to me with the same one just obviously different registration and I received a fine? But not her! I appealed the fine and they come back and said I parked in the ‘wrong’ car park? No I did not I know I didn’t as I was showed by the lady at the reception where to park, Their evidence was a picture of my car in a parking space? And a separate photo of a sign saying ‘visitors marketing suite’ I know for a fact I did not park in that car park! But regardless it says ‘visitors marketing suite’ so your allowed to still park in there? But I know I didn’t anyway and they cannot prove this what an absolute scam! Company should get shut down I will NOT be paying £170 for visiting my family with a signed parking permit

P4 parking ltd is a scam! I paid for parking and displayed the ticket on my window screen and they are trying to extort money from me.
Please be aware p4 parking ltd is 100% scammers.
I will not pay them a penny, it is a complete scam company.
They are cosigning with premier Inn royal Arsenal, please stay away from them.

I got two fines for parking in my own private car park which I need to get a permit for but when I tried to contact them their email was invalid and their phone number doesn't ring. Also, their website is insecure, so don't pay anything on their website!

Absolutely cowboys!!!! Parking tickets for not displaying a permit even thou my development no longer uses a permit system (5month to be exact since the stop permits) but even thou I appealed the email back “we sympathies with you but u have to pay!) I am incandescent with rage at the blatant robbery and threatening behaviour of this poor excuse of a company!!!!

Aweful predatory company who manage the residents parking at my home. Issued me with 2 tickets for parking for no valid reason the first time and cancelled it. Recently issued me with another and refused my appeal to cancel it even though i supplied evidence. Then when i appealed to POPLA they didnt contest the appeal as presumably they know their signs are breach industry standards. Do not pay these con artists a single penny! Appeal to POPLA using the information available on online forums and read the guidance in the BPA code on signage.

Atrocious "customer" service. Issued with an unfair parking "fine". Tried to appeal even providing proof that I am authorised to park in said location as I am a resident yet they told me it's justified. Apparently they "don't deal with second appeals" nor do they allow you to actually speak to them (obviously fine to dish out, but not willing to take it haha).
It's a pretty unethical company using bullying tactics to make their invoices seem more substantial than they actually are. Sad and pathetic really.

This industry should be investigated for numerous reasons. It's also quite mind-boggling that DVLA is willing to give your details to a private company without your explicit permission. A government body giving (possibly selling?) your personal information to a private company is extremely questionable behavior. But that's another story...
