pacemorby.com Reviews

I am new to this community but love the quality of people so far, the energy in this group is high vibes and the content is life changing if you know how to take action. I have learned more than any Univeristy could ever teach me on the topic of real estate investing, owning, cash flowing, underwriting, teaming, etc. so far so good and I am meeting with more of them face to face in 15 minutes.

His community is one of the best ever. I listen to many people pitch their groups/communities/companies to help you purchase something, but the people in Pace’s community blow all the other ones away. By far the best, and I would have a recommended.

I’m a total green newbie in real estate. I love how Pace opens your mind to new ways of doing things to make money & having a community to work with & help you. The other thing is there are multiple ways to make money in Tesla estate & love creative financing.

Something that I need to share with everyone is that initially I wasn't sure what to think and it was important to find out. It became clear that I am dealing with a man that is absolutely. Determined to understand peoples pain empathetically as an absolute opportunity without seeming to be a victim. It's refreshing to have an educator who is intuitively connected to the student that allows for them to not only be entertained, but to actually grow as a human being. That's exactly…Pace Morby in a nutshell! What a Gift and what we do with that gift is our gift back to Pace!

I’ve learned so much and gotten tremendous value from this training. The team goes above and beyond to help us succeed, and I truly appreciate the support and guidance. My experience has been excellent!

Pace Morby started a great community of amazing members helping and supporting each other so that no one's left behind

I love the willingness to openly share the strategies that has taken years to develop

Amazing community! The connections I have made and the amount of value from the weekly zoom trainings are priceless! I am an RV/Mobile home park investor & this community has taught me so much

The community that Pace has created cannot be found anywhere, in any industry. He pours so much into everything he does.

Experience from 11/25 to 10/26: Great people, great team/teamwork, inviting, great potential opportunities, and definitely not a 6 month course and ghost. It's definitely a community that plans to stay. From the "what about Gator!"group.

The Subto community is the best! You start with real estate then realize these are the people you will do life with.

The go-giver spirit, vibe, and accountability and collaboration. We are going to be the top Real Estate investors community in the world 🌎! Reason I say that is because we're not just looking at one asset to help homeowners to get the best experience, but multiple. Pace Morby is a brother a friend, a partner. I love Pace Morby like family. Thank you for leading the way!

The amount of support joining this community offers is beyond what I could’ve imagined.
The Education portion is very detailed and comprehensive .

I joined SubTo in 2024, and it completely changed how I think about real estate. Before, I assumed buying property meant saving up a big down payment and qualifying for a new loan every time. SubTo taught me creative financing strategies like subject-to and seller financing, and showed me how to structure deals that work for both the buyer and the seller.

What really sets it apart is the community. There's always someone willing to answer a question, review a deal, or share what worked for them, and the live calls and trainings keep me learning every week. I now run a short-term rental and keep building toward more deals, and I wouldn't be here without the knowledge and support from this group. Thank you, Pace and the whole SubTo team!

I learned as a deal finder I can be a Phase 2 wedge where I can get a smaller fee and also have equity in a deal.

Pace and his team continue to provide valuable material content and tools to give us the courage to take action and the opportunity to succeed in using creative finance in real estate and business venture worlds resulting in win-win outcomes for all parties involved.

Pace Morby is the greatest teacher and community builder on the planet. Because of my time learning from this community, I now have larger RE funds wanting to hire me.

The subto community is amazing and you as the member can choose the type of asset you focus on either SFU, Multi Family Unit, RV Parks, etc. There are resources just about you need to become more savvy investor and there are zoom everyday. Also not to mention, there are semester classes available free of charge that is taught inside the community by the well experience investor who is a member the community.

I've been a Commercial Real Estate Broker for 43 years and as you can imagine, I’ve been involved in an extensive and diverse number of transactions. I recently joined Pace Morby's SUBTO program, on the recommendation of a friend. WOW - I’m impressed!

I am amazed at the depth, diversity and quality of the trainings offered. They are superior and well worth your time. The collaborative community is also a huge benefit because everyone is super helpful and focused on growing their knowledge and wealth utilizing Pace’s creative finance and real estate techniques. If you are looking to get involved in real estate investing, this is where you need to be.

Real estate investment tools and training on steroids! Unbelievable value, truly an empowering confidence builder. Mentorship, leadership, high ethics, and much much more. Did I mention a community of eagles, group of like mind individuals willing to give more than they receive? I am so grateful for this incredible opportunity. Thank you Pace Morby and Team!
