I don't know what to say. Got some sketchy live resin to begin with. Just bitched here and tossed the product in the trash. They replied to my rant and I supplied some info. Without asking, they (over) replaced the order with a fresh batch of acceptable product. Top notch but here's the kicker. Today, I found out they never deposited the e transfer because I bitched so fast (I guess). I'm shocked. Now I feel bad!

This is my first order placed on July 13. Got a notification that it was delivered on July 16. IT WAS NOT DELIVERED!
I reached out to them daily asking for a status report. No response. On July 20 received a response asking for confirmation of my mailing address. Sent it. Reaching out daily for an update. Nothing.

They have some of the best prices i have seen so far from any online dispensary! Good quality product aswell and the shipping is usually pretty fast depending the day you order! I tell everyone about pacific cannabis when they are looking for a good deal on flower or concentrate! The gummies also left me wrecked i took 5 gummies and forgot who I was for a bit lol I give them an 11 out of 10!

Piece of crap customer service. I guess I expected professionals able to direct me to the product I was looking for, instead I get attitude and push back. And obviously, they can't cope getting treated in kind.

Never hard to get ahold of, quick delivering, discreet and quick!
I placed an order it got cancelled (an action i did not make) I contacted them a couple days later wondering about an update thwy fixed it that day and had my order shipped same day.

Decent stuff for the price. Ive now ordered twice and about 6 different types of live resin and 1 crumble and all had a good tase and the highs were decent too. Delivery was fast and I'm on the opposite side of the country and was also packed well to protect during shipping. I'll definitely be ordering again!

Different packaging this time, almost like they just threw it in a box without a care and shipped it. $600 package, every other website gives a bunch of freebies after spending that amount but not them. Horrible customer service.

This company doesn't care about customers, they allow large orders to be lost and don't replace them. These clowns will just rip you off. You've been warned.

I'm disappointed in these people at Pacific canny, rude, belligerent little kids, the worst customer service, they could all use a lesson in respect. Likely just their generation. Either way, you should seriously adjust your attitude towards customers. Especially when it's regarding lost shipments. DO BETTER.

Live resin packed a punch. Wish I had more time on my hands to smoke more. Just bought a decent amount that should set me up for about a month or more...check back later
