This is where Facebook should do some fact checking. Nothing in this company's ads, photos, return policy or size chart is remotely accurate. Buyer beware.

I have 2 shirts that are too small...I don't like the fit so I want to return them...The company started at they would give me 20% back and keep the shirts..next 30% then it went to 35%. I don't want the shirts...I want my money back...It was over $60. Do not purchase from this company. they will keep your money and not allow you to return your product that you don't want!

Do NOT trust anything about the quality on this website or IG! Especially the colors...the colors purchased were a bad representation. The green is much brighter and the blue is more of a baby blue. With the other reviews on the return policy and the 3 weeks it took to get I cannot recommend this for the quality, cost and service.

I ordered shirts that I thought looked great on the internet. When received they were not as shown, shirts were too long, the colors were off and the collars were sloppily hemmed. I wrote and asked to return, ad stated “easy returns” but they refused offering a discount and suggested I donate them if not satisfied. Be aware so you aren’t stuck like me.

I placed an order in November for a shipment for a Christmas present. It is now February and I still have not received my items purchased. they offered to send everything over to me again but I had to pay $10 per item shipping. This is outrageous since I haven’t received the first order and they said they’re going to replace it. I cannot imagine anyone dealing with this company and having a positive experience, I will be including my complaints to the Better Business Bureau as well. I paid for the purchase plus shipping twice and still three months later no product the worst customer service of any company I’ve ever dealt with.

I received the shirt and it fit, but was a little tight. Once I washed it the shirt was easily 2 sizes too small and not able to be worn. Total loss.

I’d give a zero review if possible. Quality, horrendous their “unmentioned return policy” just as bad. DO NOT order anything from them. Quality and everything else is awful

Sorry I ordered-big mistake. Size too tight so wanted to return for larger. Forget that...Basically give me back pennies on the dollar. Reading reviews on other sites this company shouldn't be long in business. Terrible reviews all around. Deal with co's with honest return policies-amazon, costco and many others...that's why they stay in business...put consumer first!

This company is horrible. Purchased two items to hopefully be received by Christmas, I did not know the company is in China. Second item is not as advertised. I expected a cotton type material, and the items were horrible. I would never ever buy, nor would I ever recommend this place to anybody? I am disputing my purchase through my bank

Do not purchase from this website. It’s a scam. Clothing is not as pictured, just cheap Chinese products. They say you can return their product for a full refund but this is a lie. When you ask for a refund they’ll try to immediately give you something back, 20% and you can keep it, I said know and it went to 30% and I could keep it. The 3rd attempt they offered a lower amount at 25% and I could keep it. But the clothing was so crappy, super thin, sizing was bad I’d never wear it. I just wanted my money back. Even though these ship from California, they said the only way for me to get my money back is to ship it to China. They gave me a bogus Chinese address in Chinese characters where it’s not possible to ship. THIS IS A SCAM ADDRESS! BEWARE. In the end I never got anything back and threw their crap away.

I ordered a sweatshirt. It arrived in the wrong color. No problem so far - that happens. When I contacted them to exchange it the horrors began. Over 15 emails back and forth so far on a simple exchange request (I still have the sweatshirt in the original shipping package so it should be easy) the only responses have been offering a small discount if I keep the wrong colored shirt. Absolutely no way to return or exchange it is offered. Their email responses are pre-written and have nothing to do with my desire to exchange. This company has horrible business practices!!! I would never do business with them again and would warn anyone else to stay away. There are plenty of reputable clothing companies out there but this isn't one of them. FB should remove their ads immediately.

Absolute garbage. The shirt did not remotely look like the photo and when doing a reverse image search Pacificcozy pulled an image off Google. A different second shirt was so poorly made that when buttoned the cut was out of shape. No process to return and get my mkney back. AVOID

Do not order anything from this scam company. They will take your money and not deliver anything.

Bogus. Never received items ordered and paid for

Took 2 weeks for order of two shirts to ship and 10 days thereafter for delivery. The shirts are a joke. Look nothing like what I ordered ( color, details …) and are horrendous quality (material and craftsmanship). Truthfully, had no choice but to pitch both in the trash. This is a total scam!!

Do not buy from this site. The shirts I received looked nothing like the advertisement. They have basically no return policy. If you want money back you have to pay the return shipping to send them back to China. Otherwise they offer a 20% refund. Best to just avoid them all together.

I, too, ordered from an Instagram ad. The shirt arrived and looked nothing like the picture. It was the ugliest piece of clothing I have ever seen. The package it arrived in had no company name, no return address, no packing slip, and no label on the shirt. The shirt must be a cheap knockoff of what is in the picture.
The website clearly states that a full refund is given for all returns. Well, guess what? They do not. Kyle offered to let me keep the shirt and give it away, and he would give me 20%. Through an email, I argued, and he gave me 30%. My recommendation is to first stay away. If this happens to you, everyone should contact their credit card company, reverse the payment, and let their credit card company fight it out!!

Ordered 2 shirts from an instagram ad. They looked nice, stone washed, all cotton, etc. They arrive and of course look totally different, stitching is awful, colors arent what was proposed. From a no-name company in China, should have expected this. So I contact customer support, and this is the only reason I didnt give one star. 'Kyle' reaches back out to me and gives me a 20% refund because 'logistics are too complicated to return products and I would have to cover customs fees, etc' so I got $10 back. But at least they were responsive and worked with me. Order at your own peril!

website has numerous grammar errors, spacing and spelling errors everywhere. No address, no phone number, only an email address for contact. Website talks about whimsical , cartoon-loving , comic-con loving creators and clients…. But all clothing are simple single color button down dad shirts. Either an idiot foreigner that doesn’t know English wrote this website, or an AI app threw it together; either way every page screams fake spam “business”.
