First time ordering
First time ordering as we have always purchased our bags from Bundaberg and we were so happy with the customer service we received from Christine at the Wetherill Park Office. Our large bags were received in 2 days from ordering even though we live quite remote and the bags themselves are top quality very strong and really well made.
We highly recommend this business and loved how easy the ordering system was by being able to actually speak to Christine on the phone and explain to her what we were requiring and then listening to her recommendations.
Very happy customers here and we will be returning that's for sure ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

When placing online order it excepted a PO BOX address,, over a week later I received a phone call to notify me that the company will only post to a residential address.. Whoever then noted my residential address didn't even get it correctly. Was delivered to another address, lucky the local post office notified me of a parcel under my name but different address

Good morning Leanne, thanks for your feedback even though some of your comments are not true or incorrect. So let me set the record straight for complete and full transparency.
1. You placed an order 27/04 providing only a PO Box as your address. It's true the website does accept PO Box addresses but these are only used for billing purposes not shipping.
2. You were emailed the next day on 28/04 by us to provide a physical shipping address to which you never replied. The email explained that we do not deliver to PO Boxes.
3. As the days went on, it became clear you were not going to reply to us and provide the shipping address, so a team member had to chase and call you for it.
4. The address you provided is the address where your items were delivered. We have a POD (proof of delivery with photos attached) which will be emailed to you for your reference.
5. If the items were delivered to an incorrect address (as you state), then this is the error of the carrier not us. Once items are dispatched from our warehouse, they literally are out of our hands and control. We place trust in the carriers to deliver items to our customers and 99% of the time deliveries are completed without issue. However, and for various and numerous reasons, sometimes deliveries don't go to plan. If issues do arise, our team is only too happy to help with tracking your items and making sure deliveries are fulfilled.
So as you can see, the true timeline of events is different from the feedback provided by you and we feel the 2 star rating does not justify the means.
Pacific Packaging Australia prides itself on providing the best customer service and we believe that this was provided to you without question.

We’re pleased to hear that you were happy with our communication and service. As for the bags, you’ve raised a valid point, and we’d like to clarify a few things.
Our firewood bags are primarily designed for transportation and short-term use, not long-term outdoor storage. While the bags are UV-stabilised to provide protection from sun exposure, like most woven polypropylene products, they are not intended to sit exposed to harsh elements for extended periods (e.g., over several months in full sun). Over time, prolonged UV exposure can degrade the material — especially in Australian conditions.
For customers who need to store bags for longer durations — especially beyond a season — we recommend keeping any leftover stock under cover or in a shaded area, or exploring alternative storage options such as our heavy-duty or laminated bags, which offer more resistance to the elements.
