Haven't received my money and even thought they say they are funding back my money they never do that.

I placed an order with Pack loom a couple of months ago and have not received my order. It has already been billed to my charge card, and it needs to be reimbursed,

I cancelled my membership and I asked multiple times for confirmation and they just beat around the bush over and over. Then I got an email notifying I had successfully cancelled my membership and was charged AGAIN! 2 days later. I reached out and was told I would be getting a refund but I was not refunded the full amount i was charged. I have reported this issue to my bank and the Better Business Bureaufor investigation. UNACCEPTABLE!

Diamond made the process easy and was very helpful.

I ordered a Promo Matebook from them. The total was $15.29. what I got was a receipt for a VIP membership and 2 charges to my card for the 15.98 and another for 15.73
