Excellent customer service and timely delivery.

I called you guys to get a price on some containers. After speaking to Mr. Winston It sounded like we were well on the way to a good start with a reasonable container company. This was the 1st time we ever decided to lease containers for any of our jobs or shop locations. We have multiple locations and business . Pac-van com. Seemed to me to be just what I was looking for. I spoke with Mr. Winston and we discussed that I just painted my building a tanish, cream color . I was 100% interested in that color specifically. I worked hard along with the my employees to make the new shop as cozie and comfortable . Almost like your home. My motto is if everything goes well, treat people well, do a good job and spread the love. I try hard to make all my employees feel as if they are home . It's a strictly family business. Blood don't make u family. If you love what you do for a living you will never feel like you worked a day in your life. You're too busy enjoying your life to feel the stress I take on my back. With that being said the gentleman that was sent out on Thursday to look at everything and make sure he would be able to get the containers dropped off and set in place where we discussed on Thursday. The very friendly truck driver actually turned out to be related to my in-laws. I knew dropping them in the location we discussed was gonna be a lil involved unless you had some pretty respectable driving skills. By no means was it impossible or above average in skill. I own several businesses and we have access to a brandnew roll back very similar to the 1 your driver brought out. The day before when the driver came out to inspect his work " the delivery of the containers in the location discussed " I was told he would be on-site at 4am and the containers would be set b4 I get into my office at 7am. I run a tight ship and I'm a very busy man. When I showed up at 7:15 am there was nothing done just a driver taking a nap on his lunch break. Not sure what time he was actually supposed to be at my shop. I do know what time he got here and what took place being our entire building is covered in surveillance cameras. After several attempts to back the truck in I realized that the older gentleman was not use to driving this type of rollback and working the pc of equipment that he was operating. I had a already over booked day for myself and another Co-worker. I even asked if I could drive the truck n get it back in there where it needed to go like a professional driver could do with just a little skill. I was informed I could not due to insurance reasons. I already knew if I didn't have an experienced driver to deliver the containers I would be beating my head against the wall. That's why I originally asked if I could pick it up myself with my own roll back and still be charged the delivery fee. Even with a waiver form, I was told insurance policies would not allow it. So needless to say I told the driver to go finish the rest of his jobs take a breather and come back later that afternoon with hopefully a more experienced driver or some assistance. I received a call around 5 Friday afternoon and was informed with a bunch of misguided nonsense. At that point I was so far behind in my day and lost way too much money to have to babysit a grown man to do a job I paid "pac van" to do. When I received the call from I believe Mr. Winston? He could hear the frustration in my voice and if it somehow wasn't received properly...I know the words that came out my mouth were understanding, polite but anyone with half a brain would of understood my frustrations with the lack of driving, operating skills on pac-van's staffs behalf. This new business we just started is a minority company. I have the absolute best woman in the business running our office. She's called up and tried to resolve this matter. To no prevail Rose put Unique up to taking care off it. Unique is well very Unique you guys dropped the ball again.#⏳Timeispriceless⌛#timesup

We purchased a storage container through Pac-Van. The entire process was simple and fast! We really appreciate how easy it was to purchase and receive our container!

We ordered a half office hall storage container. Unfortunately the office portion of this didn't have a desk, table, chairs making the "office" pretty much useless. When I called and asked about it I was informed that I needed to rent everything so I asked for prices for refrigerator, microwave, table and 4 chairs. The quote came in at $170/ month. Needless to say I did not take them up on this offer as I can buy all of this stuff with less than 2 months rental.
