The site is not taking payments even though the site is still active with high reports of people not receiving there orders, communication or last resort a refund I will definitely be avoiding them

Waited months with one generic response to my messages asking about where my package is then radio silence. don't order here.

Yeah, i'm glad i'm not the only one whos had issues with them. Ordered stuff a year ago and I tried in every way I can do reach out to them... absolute crickets. Not a single response or anything. They need to shut their website down so people aren't buying things thinking they'll actually get their stuff instead of taking peoples money and never hearing from them again.
I've had issues with them in the past, I bought some stuff from them back in 2021 and a year later I remembered I had the email and talked with their customer support... well it took forever for my package to arrive after that and honestly I can't say that I was entirely satisfied with what I got. The paci harness goes over my eyes and just isn't quite as functional as I had hoped, the pup hood had threads loose and as of now its falling apart.
I was willing to give them another chance and they essentially spat in my face and seemingly everyone else's faces who have tried to do business with them in the past couple of years. I've warned everyone I know about not using them now and I'm really just dissapointed in the company as a whole. I'm glad to hear they're off Etsy though, at least now people will be less likely to wind up finding this place, giving them money, and then having the business ghost them. I have yet to find anything about them publicly stating that they're closed and I've searched through their socials and everything. This is an absolutely horrendous way to conduct your business and everyone who's ever heard of this company will have a bitter taste lingering in their mouth till the end of time.

I have ordered for this store about 2 years ago and got my things then. The owner was very friendly and helpful. I have also tried to order recently but didn't get my stuff.
There have been rumours on other sites that the owner has been very sick and even died. I don't know if those rumours are true but if they are, then that might be an explanation why so many people haven´t got their orders lately.

Etsy finally shut them down.

Their reviews got so bad I am guessing Etsy finally shut down their store.

I ordered months ago and never received an item. I tried multiple times to get a hold of them with no respone ever even after giving them a month.

Beyond, beyond, beyond shady company. Do not order from them under any circumstance. I am guessing their real business model is hoping people order then forget

Wish I had seen this page or one of the other posts on social media detailing similar experiences before I ordered. Items ordered, no shipping confirmation received. Emails about whether the order was delayed were ignored, emails about a request for a refund were ignored. I did get an autoreply from their Etsy store but I doubt a person has read it.

I imagine they're expecting people to be too embarrassed to try to charge back through their bank. If this is you, don't let them get away with it. Your bank does not care what you bought. Request your money back through whatever means you have.

I have been waiting for my order for five months but have never received it after asking several times what was wrong with it and they kept putting me off and claiming that the person was in hospital and therefore could not send anything

Apparently PaddedPawz is not a good business as a lot of the times you don't get anything you ordered or you get some cheap stuff that doesn't even resemble the product in the slighthest

wish i did my research beforehand as i know that my money is gone without a product or a reply from the company

I haven't received my order 3 mounth after the order. No response to my emails.

Scam website, never received anything after the order confirmation. Asked several times for an update and a refund. No response.

Ive been waiting a month for my order to be delivered. After ordering I never received any communication past the order confirmation. Ive emailed them via their support email address and online contact form several times with no reply. I even sent them a message on their etsy store, no reply. Ive needed up requesting my money back from my bank. AVOID THIS STORE!

Never got my order, all emails to customer service went ignored. No phone number to reach out to. They just opened an etsy shop as well and there are MANY complaints about the same thing. $30 I'll never get back
