Switched over to Padel from existing supplier and the installation was completed on time and the technician was professional, Friendly and explained everything clearly. The service has been reliable with excellent network performance and Fast Internet Speeds. The Aftercare Support has also been impressive with responsive customer service engineers who are easy to get in contact with and provide clear concise solutions to any and all issues. The combinations of smooth installation, dependable service and Excellent Aftercare makes this a company i would happily recommend.

Easy to deal with and very professional service, the installation was straight forward and training was provided to help us make the most of the system, its also reassuring to know there’s fast and reliable support staff at the end of the phone.

Looked at many options before choosing Padel Services, had an on site demo from Dan which streamlined our requirements and highlighted the issues we had been experiencing with our precious supplier.
Our install was floorless and the training and back up from Aaron and the team has exceeded our expectations.

Andy and Shane did an amazing job. We previously had one of the big providers in our business, but the internet was always bad, and whenever something happened, there was no one there to help us.

I honestly have no words for what these guys do for us — they are always there whenever anything happens and are so quick to resolve all issues.

Great experience with our new phone system from Padel.
We had quite a few obstacles to overcome, but thanks to such a great team of guys, and their sheer determination to handle everything quickly, clearly and with very little disruption, everything went well.
A big shout out to Aaron who assured me everything would be fine (it was!), to Andy and Shane whose professionalism shone through. Also, a big thank you to Pas, for his patience and to everyone else who helped out! The icing on the cake were the cakes! Yum! :)

Moved away from BT who were terrible at the cancellation process, 3 months later their still billing me! Padel Sercvies was seamless from start to finish, from sale guy (Pascal) to fitters to support, couldn't recommend this company enough. Only wish I knew of these before, stress free service is what we all need when running a busy company, thanks so much to the Team at Padel.
