Piece of junk!! Only used it a couple of times before it broke. Tried to contact there customer service but hit a brick wall. Never buy anything of this company!

Purchased on 19th May, it arrives on 5th June. The console boots up but the controllers are not pairing to the receiver. Like said by others, you end up jumping through hoops with the troubleshooting when it's already clear that this requires a replacement of the receiver or the controllers.

On 14th June they said they sent the new replacement, in reality they were completely unorganised internally and it too almost *one month* for this little piece of USB plastic to arrive. This now works, because guess what, the one they packaged originally was the wrong model!

Once this is fixed, the console itself stops working. Again going through hoops, incomplete information, incompetent support, and I ended up in a worse place than I was before I started the troubleshooting. I literally have a useless piece of plastic now.

It's 23rd July and more than two months later I haven't been able to use this thing even once and the support has disappeared again. They won't refund the money unless you send it back to China, which of course I don't want to because of the shipment costs. I don't certainly want to waste any more money on this.

Unit never worked. Support ghosted me. Waste of money.

Horrible experience with this company, controllers do not connect. When contacting customer service they made me jump thru hoops with powering on the controllers and sending videos. Have had this unit for a month and have not been able to play it. After customer service got back to me and said they would send replacement controllers they went dark.. do not use this company

Device not working as expected,I competent support, going silent when you ask for refund or about fake advertisement.

So lets rate the company, service and product

Company: Great ad, quite inviting and makes you want the product. The website shows proimising outlook, but marketing, it drags us all in.

Service: My delivery was sent out, and just two weeks later, the courier on the tracking said that they couldn't deliver the item. No reason given. Contacted Customer Service who said that they will investigate and keep me updated, and to look at the tracking link over the next few days. Well, no updates came, but the tracking was back on track, but the information was not regular. I would get an update on one day for something that happened two days ago. Well, lo and behold, the item was received.

Product: So, the controllers feel light, even with their PS lookalike detail, and the plastic feels like it can be flicked off. There were no instructions, but luckily I was able to figure out that I needed an extra cable to turn the device on, yes, you actually need to plug in a second cable to turn it on.

The list of playable games is phenomenal, at over 58,000... However, the product is, hundreds of them are Chinese ports or versions. Secondly, the list they provide on their website may not be all or any of the games you receive.

They get three stars as they remedied the delivery, and the response has been quick from Customer Service, but they lose stars as there are no instructions on how to do anything with the product, leaving you to contact them to get anywhere. Now awaiting a response to add the games to the device that I wanted from their games list, and how to remove all the Chinese versions.

I would NOT purchase anything from this company. I placed an order for the game device and controllers over 2 months ago and the although it took a few weeks to arrive, the controllers didn’t work.
I have been chasing to get a replacement since - although I’ve received some response, the product comes from China and there is no sign of a replacement arriving anytime soon and they keep making excuses. Stay clear!

I bought one. Their advertising the device as 4 player and sell a pack with 4 controllers. The device doesn't support 4 players. Which is massive alarm bells. They said I should buy a USB splitter to get 4 players working, I did and it doesn't work. More money spent on this thing.

Their is lagging and also most N64 games freeze. I bought it mainly to play NBA Hangtime and Mario Kart 64 for parties and stuff with 4 players. Hangtime freezes in the exact same spot everytime just after the tip off. Mario sounds goes weird and robotic and intermittently lags hard for no obvious reason. Obviously no 4 player either.

Some arcade games do not load and say they perform some test and it failed.

I even found Mario on SNES while it works, the button is off slightly that it actually make it hard to time your jumps. Making it pretty frustrating to play.

Oh by the way the USB handle they provided for the other 2 controllers they sold me doesn't work!

I raised the issue with the contact padfuse email - they couldn't be more unhelpful, they don't address the issues and throw it back on you like it is something you are doing wrong or something else you need to purchase to get it working. DEFINITELY AVOID.

Also, I requested a return or refund and they have had stopped communicating all together. Avoid Avoid Avoid. These people are scammers!

Bought the biggest package. 128gb with 4 controllers
Received an opened box with two extra controllers loosely on the side with some bubble wrap. Inserted power, usb stick and HDMI now ready to prepare it for my daughter
It started up and went to home menu

Now here's the kicker. Not even one of the controllers worked so I never got further than the home screen

Still waiting for answers but did find out that if I wish to return it, it has to be approved first and I would have to pay all shipping expenses. This piece of useless paperweight has already costed me over 400$, sending it back from Norway is about 200$

Don't do the same

I received the product but it's open box and after connected everything, it's no working. I sent message to their customer service but no response. Found the shipper was from China, and tried to get in touch with them, still no response. It's totally a scam. Be aware and DO NOT buy from them.

Mostly rubbish, freezes alot, some games don't work...laggy....slow controller response....and this was the 128gb version i bought...Only silver lining is the roms they give you which you can then migrate onto a retropie or something else otherwise typical chinky chonky chinese junk!!

Customer support does not really read the mail, just responds with standard stuff.

Avoid. Waste of money.

System lags and slow in all games. I bought the higher gig one and none of the games work correctly. Also the search is very difficult to navigate and is not user friendly.

Item I bought cannot be used, customer support is very in effective.
Must avoid.
