I had the same problem I bought a pair of Leg Ease from a Chemist that were 2XL I just recently ordered some pairs that are XXL assuming they would be the same size what a joke they are way too small and they are not very helpful total waste of money

I received my 2 wrist supports and 1 knee support at lunchtime today, put them straight way and walked my dog. Instantly regretted only purchasing one knee support, they’re that good and a perfect fit. Have placed a second order this afternoon and can’t wait for it to arrive.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I wanted to warn others. Their Cloud Slippers arrived several weeks late and were identical to a pair we purchased from the hospital for a family member. The hospital charged $8.50; this company charged $50 for the same product. I would not recommend buying from them.

No zero stars available? Have been waiting more than 2 weeks for finger splint for pain. Communication has been condescending and awful. Asked for refund, they suggested I ask if it was delivered to the neighbour (what??). I suggest they reconsider their name. Its definitely not about minimising pain

I bought 2 pair of shoes. They had my size and they fit ok. But they delivered two pair of the same colour even though this was not my order. The shoes are hard under foot and not at all comfortable to wear with no arch support and cheap soles. Would not buy again under any circumstances.

Only delivered half my order. Dealing with them is pathetic!

Claims to have a cooling blanket, it certainly is not. Yes it's cool to the touch for the first 5 minutes but then it traps your body heat and is just a blanket.
It's a closed blanket which doesn't breath.
I use this in 12°c nights and it keeps me warm not cool.

I purchased the heated leg massagers after about 9months they stopped working thinking it was something I could have done I purchased another pair only for the same thing happening again, so the two sets cost just over $400. The products only work for a short period of time look elsewhere for products that last longer. LESSON LEARNT 😡

This company claims to be Australian and ship from Sydney and Melbourne, my tracking clearly shows my product is coming from overseas, totally fraudulent website, so no doubt my product will be inferior to what I thought I was getting.

EDIT my product arrived today,hot water bottle, it is such thin plastic I certainly would not trust it with hot water in it.
I have demanded a refund, we'll see if they honor it.

I ordered a pair of clouds slides. They were nothing like described and the photo they had showing flexibility was totally false. Very hard and uncomfortable. July 2026, maybe they changed the material, beware.

The product ( pill cutter) was a complete waste of money the tablet I was trying to cut into quarters disintegrated. The cutter was designed to cut tables into quarters li. might work on round tablets but not on other shapes

Do not order the gloves. They are exactly the same as the $3.85 pairs from Temu

This is classic hacking behaviour.

I ordered a couple of different pairs of support socks from Pain Relief. The uality was good, but I ordered the wrong size. After contacting their customer service team, they organised for the correct size to be sent. The process was simple and they were lovely.

The products work really well too.

Before you purchase, look for the same thing on Temu, because that's what you'll be getting. Dropshipping from China, clearly fake reviews on their website after seeing the reviews here. I ordered a pair of cloud slides ($49.99 down from $99.99) and I could have got the exact same thing from Temu for $5 or less. Not great considering they are selling to people who are looking for legitimate orthopedic or pain relief products.

I bought an electric heat-pad and it never worked. I contacted them and they asked me to return the product. I returned the product and they used the same box to either return the same faulty product to me or shipped a new faulty product to me. Once they have your email they constantly spam you. They won’t call you as they don’t have the capacity to make phone calls. I don’t think that this is a reputable company.

Spent $30 dollars on a product that Never arrived.
They keep saying that “it should have arrived by now”, hello.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, definitely a scam.

Still no response from the Pain Relief Australia. Not happy. And as it wasn't from Amazon or E Bay or Kogan, getting a refund isn't straightforward.
