I give one star because I cannot give zero. I ordered at the end of January and the page said I would’ve received it by the 19th of February (I wanted to give it as Valentines present and wouldn’t mind few days late). Is the 29th of February now and I did not receive any parcel at all! God knows where my parcel is. I’ve raised a complaint and all I received was “sorry for the delay”. Is such a joke. Don’t waste your money!! I’ve also asked for a refund and they refused to give me my money back. Avoid please!!!!!!!!!

UK order. Got a email two weeks ago saying it’s on its way…two weeks later the tracking number says in transit and offers no other details.

Bought 4th December with a delivery date way before Christmas. No real apology, offer of a refund etc that this didn’t arrive for Christmas as promised (it was a present for my sister.) Finally delivered 29th Dec.
Box was damaged and doesn’t actually seem to fit the canvas, paints and everything in properly.
The product looks good, it’s just such a shame that the delivery was so late and the appearance was not good enough for a gift.

My daughter can't stop painting. It's a truly enjoyable activity for a 12-year-old.

The customer service representative responded within minutes and was incredibly helpful when I had difficulties choosing a picture. Although the delivery took longer than estimated, and I have already placed another order with Paint By Canvas.

Received promptly after placing the order, and my photos were flawlessly transferred onto the canvas. I was highly satisfied with their service.

The delivery took a little longer than promised, but it arrived in time for Christmas, and it was a truly delightful Christmas present. I will order again for Valentine's Day. I can recommend the paintbycanvas.com company to everyone.

I reached out to paint by canvas because I was interested in a custom print, and they were incredibly helpful and accommodating to my requests - with quick replies, too. Despite being on the other side of the world, I never had to wait long for a response. The order arrived at my doorstep within a week, packed securely and in excellent condition. I'm currently about halfway through working on one of them, and I'm thoroughly enjoying the process. The quality of the paints and brushes is impressive. Once I complete these, I will definitely be making another purchase. I wholeheartedly recommend paint by canvas to everyone!

Amazing! Your delivery speed is impressive. The paint-by-numbers kit is flawless from the template and paints to the picture of the finished painting, I absolutely love it.

The only aspect I don't utilize is the brushes due to bristle fallout and detachment. I've ordered the mini brush set from you and am excited to use them today. The canvas frame is also excellent. I've tried kits from other paint-by-numbers companies, but they don't measure up to yours. Your frame is robust, secure and securely hlds the canvas in place. Your company is the one I would recommend to anyone seeking advice. I eagerly anticipate engaging in future painting projects.

Quick delivery, quality canvas. Brushes included appear to be of good quality as well.

Like is the case with several other recent reviews, our order has been substantially delayed and did not arrive in time for Christmas despite being ordered well in advance. Tracking information has indicated that it has been in US Customs in LA for 2 weeks. Company has not responded to numerous inquiries except with a form e-mail.

Not sure if this a legit company. Definitely would not recommend.

Don’t use this company- I ordered in November and never received my item. They’re reducing to refund me. Avoid at all costs.

Have enjoyed completing 3 paintings, with another 3 to do. Great way to take your mind off things and have a wonderful piece of artwork to display. Have received many compliments. Great quality, orders tracked and very happy with the Company and range of designs. Recommend.

Ordered 5/12/23. Tried to amend a couple days later (9/12/23) and was told I was too late as it had already shipped. Now (23/12/23) still not received my order. Not entirely sure what they are using to ship packages.

Edit: I did receive my order, just later than promised.

Ordered on the 2nd of December as a Christmas gift and I was so excited to receive it. Ordered on the 2nd of Dec, got an email a few days later saying it'd been shipped. I chased them on the 15th as I still hadn't received it and the tracker they provided wasn't working and was assured it'd get here in time for Christmas.

Chased them again and was told it wouldn't get here in time. No real apology and they can't tell me when I'll receive it. Really disappointing

Ordered on 25th Nov, 20 days later still haven't received my order. Was promised that it was 'on the way to my property' but the supplier courier tracking says that they haven't received the item yet. Ordered as a Christmas present, I have no confidence that it will arrive.

I wouldn't recommend this company.

Edit: turns out after 20 days, they hadn't even shipped my order. Despite this, they are refusing to issue a refund. I am now having to claim via PayPal in the hope of getting my money back.

Edit 2: as of 18th December, the tracking supplied still says that the item hasn't shipped and has been in this state since 25th November. Any claims below by this vendor that it has shipped or been delivered are false. Buyer beware.

Edit 3: item was finally shipped and delivered 27 days after placing order. I still wouldn't recommend this company.
