I ordered a kit almost two weeks ago by now. I emailed them several times and got no response. Do not trust this website!

Scam. I ordered May 7th, had to request the tracking number, same as everyone here. As of June 29 it is still "packed for picking up". Asked for a refund and was told that they would just send another set. Almost 2 weeks later I still have not received a tracking number for the second set. I'm hoping to get a chargeback. Don't bother with this company.

Painting took almost two months to arrive, but customer service was great. Will try out the painting later on.

Customer service is non existent. I recieved my custom PBN, it was so hideous I couldn't finish it. Faces were orange, background colors were nothing like original, and as referred to...no customer service, no email. SCAM...

Do not order from this company.
I was very excited to order a product from this website and did so over 80 days ago. The product still has not reached me and after reading the website, it states i am entitled to a full refund after 40 days. While i do understand the global situation and shipping is quite delayed right now, since it has now been over TWICE the stated time frame it seems like a fair request to get a refund. Customer service has been very quick to reply to me however has refused to offer a refund, and have only offered a second painting if the product doesn't arrive after 12 full weeks (expected in less than six).
The refund guarantee stated on the website is clearly not adhered to, there seems to be no guarantee you will get your product at all, or be compensated in any other way for the company failing to follow through on what you purchased, and I would not recommend ordering from this business if any of these things are important to you.
They also filter and do not post ANY negative reviews to their webpage.

SCAM. I ordered may 2nd, received an email May 4th saying it was on the way and theyd send me a shipping number soon, and they havent. I emailed the company to attempt to cancel my order, they sent me a packing label and told me it should be here by August 10th. Unacceptable. Im very sure ill never see the paintings. Save yourself the money and never buy from them

I ordered my kit on 01Apr20, and was given a tracking number. When I emailed to ask about my order, Alex replied to say i would receive my kit by 14May20, but now I still have not receive it. I followed the tracking number, but the status still shows "Packed for picking up" since end end Apr when i last checked. Up until now i have not received a reply of my order. Very upset and disappointed. I wished I had come across this review page prior to ordering. Wasted $35USD.

Absolutely horrendous to deal with. I'm pretty certain Alex is not who he/she says they are. I paid for a canvas and some replacement paints for a previous canvas and the whole process from start to finish has been awful. Firstly "Alex" advised me to buy a £6 gift card which covers the replacement paints. I placed this order as well as a new canvas on 29th March. I got a confirmation email and was told I'd receive a tracking number is a subsequent email. No further emails were forthcoming. There is no number on the website, only one email address orders@. I emailed this after a few weeks asking if my order had been sent. No response. Then again asking where my tracking number was. No response. After 5 weeks I sent a threatening email. No response. Then I contacted the Australian Chambers of Commerce (as this is where the business is registered) and sought their help. They advised me to send a standard letter, which I did. I got a response after nearly 6 weeks saying the shipping was delayed because of Covid. No apologies. Nothing. I asked again what was sent and if I'd get my full order. No response. Today my canvas arrived but no replacement paints! Interestingly it said the Chinese supplier on the parcel so I've googled them and contacted them. I paid almost £35 for everything when I could buy them direct from the Supplier in China for $2. So yes I'd say this is a scam and they don't care at all. Absolutely disgusting service. I doubt I will get my replacement paints but I'm grateful I have something for my money. So my next move is to report them to the Australian Chambers of Commerce and also to their supplier. Paintbynumbers.co your time is up for scamming people. Get a proper job!!!

Scam. Order beginning of April and the delivery was cancelled and the company is not replying anymore. Escalated through PayPal.

Terrible. Fairly sure this is a big scam. No contact number for the site. States that the office is located in Elizabeth street Melbourne but sends paint by number kits from China? I was given a tracking number and now it says it has already been delivered a week ago. I entered their email address to send an email and received an auto reply saying the email addresss didn’t exist. I ended up replying to the emails I received from them and every single one has been ignored. DO NOT BUY ANYTHIG FROM THIS SITE. I would not even give one star.
