Perhaps the worst customer experience of the decade. I ordered four paint kits and four tickets for the associated instructional video. The Paint Kits never arrived, despite me emailing the company numerous times. And when you write to customer service ( they don't provide a telephone number ) - you get an immediate automated reply that they have received your message. Then they either take days to respond ( like 4-5 days ). And often, they don't respond at all. Never got a refund despite my kits never arriving. Will never use this site again. I advise EXTREME CAUTION to anyone considering doing so.

The on-demand videos when using a iPad are glitchy. Hard to open the video. The website is not very intuitive or user friendly. The phone number they provide is no longer in service. Ended up wanting my money back because it was too unreliable.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. Event cancelled. Have passes. Website not fully accepting them. Cannot phone as it simply hangs up once connected. Tried chat and email. Got a reply from ‘Dave’ who asked for a link to the event I wanted to book. Never heard from him again. I have done paint note events in the past, but this company has changed how it’s operating. Unsure if it has been bought out. The hosts are at the mercy of this company, who doesn’t care about them or the customer. You cannot leave comments on their social media because on any platform it’s the hosts themselves trying to promote their activity. Horrible organizer with disgusting business ethics and practices. Will never go to another event and will verbally share my experience with as many people as is humanly possible.

I purchased a set of 4 passes to use to register for paint nite events. However, event hosts have now cancelled THREE events in a row on me, and it's getting super disappointing and inconvenient to have to try and find new events to sign up for that I like and that fit into my schedule. I no longer feel like registering for future events because it feels pointless if there's a high chance the event will get cancelled.
I feel like I should be exempt from their no-refund policy, since it is through no fault of mine that my ticket purchases have not been useable. I have contacted the company three times to ask for a refund on my remaining tickets, but have either received an unhelpful response or none at all. Very, very disappointing.

I would give ZERO star had that is available. Do not book with this business. They take your booking for a group celebrating birthday, then they cancel it for the date and tell you to go a different date. They refuse to refund. They will not reply email. They have a phone number that just hang up without allowing voice mail.

The even was advertised as buy 3 tickets and get 1 free. We were 11 in our group and this discount wasn't honoured. It was also advertised as 2 hrs but it was barely over an hour. The organizers weren't responsive. Save you money and don't bother!

First the good: The instructor was excellent. I liked being able to rewind and re-watch parts of the video as I painted as well. The bad: The supplies are subpar, obviously differrent from what the instructor was using. Trying to mix the paints to the colors the instructor recommended was IMPOSSIBLE! The brushes were poor as well, the head of the largest one came off immediately. The thin wooden pallet was useless, the paint soaked into it and dried immediately. My suggestion: Buy your own supplies and get the class from PaintNite.com.

Don’t even bother… if they’re not making $100/hr, they just cancel the event…
