Well I copied and pasted a photograph of what was on my iPhone screen, which is actually three different para domains logins pro Mail something that the other one is per domains and the other one I’m not sure because I can’t remember and I can’t paste this photo onto the screen. However, I have to say it is now January 18. I’ve been very very busy and although you did some stuff for me and trying to about why do I have to wait 15 minutes to get an email sent to.com to be sent and I can imagine that may not be an issue that you’re prepared to deal with, but that was 15 days ago and I don’t remember hearing anything from you precisely dealing with that issue. I would love to hear it. Feel free to call me at 610-299-8899. I think my only recourse is to just simply change my email address and remove my domain from per domains control. However, if I would hear from you via email about and bring me up-to-date on what your explanation was for why it takes so long to receive an email then that would help me in my online life so that I could login into websites of when they send me a message rather than waiting till 10 or 15 minutes later and 16 things have happened in the meantime. I've been a Pair.com customer for 17 years. Support was great for many years, but has gotten a lot worse. When our forum recently was attacked by Chinese robots, the only "warning" I got was a bandwidth overuse charge of $575. That's for going 60% over the allotted band width, one a plan that $15 per month. It took a day to get a response, which was very short and just marginally helpful. They ended up reducing the extra charge to $20, but that still feels wrong. We'll likely switch to a new provider who does not charge ridiculous "over use" fees when our site it attacked, as soon as it is convenient.
I never received a response but then received an email to take this survey. I tried to call but was on hold for probably 15-20 minutes so I gave up.

I've hosted my domains at Pair for decades. It's been excellent from the beginning: serious, competent, secure. Good cost-for-money features offered without relentless gimcrack marketing or gotchas. After 25 years online, I'm beginning to wind down, and they're helpful at that, too, making it easy and secure.

First support reply was quick, but I'm still waiting for an answer to my followup question sent a week ago. Well, it was holiday time I guess, but still, pair's support used to be excellent - till now. Sad.
