I contacted Pai after having irritated skin and received a reply very quickly. After a consultation I was advised several products and so far so good.
The products themselves smell divine and leave my skin feeling soft and hydrated without the breakout.
I would highly recommend them.

I purchased the Pai Anthemis Soothing Moisturizer
I purchased the Pai Anthemis soothing moisturizer & the first thing about it is that it is all natural & organic with no essentials oils - so is fragrance/scent free. Using the moisturizer I find that only a small amount is needed to thoroughly moisturize my face. While it has a good density, it is easily absorbed & not oily. I have noticed dry patches have gone.

Nice product just not for sensitive skin.
Nice product -came promptly went on well. I was quite sparing with it initially - started with 2 drops which didn't give much colour to my very pale skin so you probably can do 4 drops comfortably. 4 stars because I was allergic to it. Not Pai's fault but lots of claims on the website about it being great for sensitive skin...I'd love to see any company develop something without DHA that has a lasting self tan affect.

The rosehip oil is incredibly rich so much so that the first time using the second bottle I purchased I developed a few cystic acne. I would usually freak out but I have seen the restorative and healing capabilities of the Rosehip oil by Pai so I continued to follow my routine and incorporated some patience and trust. Acne is clearing up and my skin feels soft and supple the day after using the oil. Years of hyperpigmentation is finally fading. The bright color of the oil is enticing and luxe. Feels like a treat when applying.

Absolutely brilliant stuff !!
Oh my goodness where to start, the results are truly amazing! I have been using Pai skincare for a year now, there is no other skincare comes remotely close to them, and I will not use anything other than Pai now. My regime is designed for Rosacea, I can honestly say there is visible improvement, in fact my skin looks so calm now, people have commented, astounded that I actually suffer rosacea. I use the facial spray, serum, moisturiser, eye cream and the wonderful rosehip drops as my daily routine, and have now started using the rosehip exfoliator, wonderful ! The glow drops which are a recent purchase are amazing !! Thank you for all this wonderful stuff Pai, there is no going back now. I feel like a new woman. Ordering and quick delivery means I never run out of my essential equipment ! I hope you find this helpful.
