I am not a very techie person, and Palatine have been excellent in helping me to design a website, and hosting it for me. They are very responsive and the quality of their work is excellent. I feel I am able to turn to them for further assistance if necessary without additional cost.

Palatines approach to proper thorough process is top notch, Eg proper briefing, full Figma design process and revision stages have been refreshing and feel very professional. They clearly know what they're doing.

Clear deliverables for the price & Planning of the project we required. Clear comms and timelines. Delivering to them on time. You get a real project manager (Andrew is top notch at CS btw so shout out) designers and owners all nice genuine (give a crap) people. TBF We are quite picky as we come from a background of design and production ourselves, but we were very impressed at what we got back, even at the early initial stages, they Cleary listened to the briefs & direction! Feedback stages wise was easy and clean, we got through the layout and design stages quite efficiently together before rushing into development, the only way to do it properly. Having a great experience so far.

My site has only been live for some days and already ranking in all areas, the website looks better then I imagined and the SEO is all in fantastic order.
