I have been ordering Pqleovally chocolate and salted bone broth for almost a year. I add a little to my Ryze mushroom coffee in the morning. Adds great flavor. Because the mushroom coffee is very earthy. I alao have a cup of bone broth for lunch if i feel a bit hungry. And dont want to eat anything to weigh me down with what ever i am doing. I just noticed Paleovalley makes mushroom coffee also. Once done with the Ryze.I am going to try Paleo's. This time around I ordered some beef sticks and protein bars. I dont eat the ones from the store. They put to much garbage in them. These looked very clean and I cant wait to try them. I messed up with my order. And Paleo customer service was right there to help me out with my order. They reached out by e mail and by phone. You dont see that now a days. Love the bone broth. nd I am sure the snacks with be great also. If your looking foe clean products. And very nutritious for you body. This is definitely the place to buy them.

New and happy customer
As a new and recent customer, ive had a great experience with paleovalley. I've only tried the bone broth protein so far and absolutely love it. My favorite so far is the unflavored, i add it to everything, especially my morning coffee. And literally no flavor whatsoever. I did try the salted caramel and for my liking it was way to sweet. In that regard I contacted customer service and they were so kind and gave me options, in which I was very happy about. Im looking forward to trying more of their items in the future.

They spam me with ads on YouTube claiming 30 sticks for $36 or 60 sticks for $72 but no sign of these offers or sales on their website. Classic false advertising scammers use to trick potential customers.

dissatisfied in the hassle free money back guarantee
I ordered 2x special of salted caramel. It was way too sweet for me so i contacted for a refund. They asked what the status of the product bags were. If opened, empty or unopened. I was completely honest and stated one was open the other was still sealed. They immediately refunded me the opened bag, which I appreciate, however they wouldn't refund me the second bag until i shipped it back. They didn't ask for the unopened bag to be shipped back and when I went to USPS it was $20 to return ship:(. I went ahead and returned because I had gone through the whole process. It wasn't even worth sending it back because I paid 70$ for 2 bags and shipping and then paid $20 to return. I only received back the money I paid for the product so I lost almost $30 in shipping cost. Basically I got refunded $30 of the investment of the product once shipping was paid. I emailed and explained how dissatisfied i was with this 100% satisfaction guarantee return policy. I don't think i should have had to return a whole bag unsealed that they can now resale and are out nothing, but I get refunded immediately for the unopened bag without return. They only apologize that they don't refund shipping cost and as a 1 time courtesy they want to offer me a $20 store credit which means they sell more product. They won't exchange for a different flavor at the price I paid and to reorder would cost me $67 for one bag which is what I paid for 2 on the original order. There was no reason to require me to be out the cost of sending a whole bag back. I would have been better off to have poured the bag out and sent it in empty and wouldn't have cost as much shipping. I just believe they could offer a better resolution than this. I would like to try a different flavor but for $67 and I may not like it and they want me to send it back for a refund at my cost. I really was excited about this product but it's terribly expensive without the specials they offer and that is only maybe introductory. I'm really disappointed with the whole situation.

Incredible Company
What an incredible company with awesomely health-conscious products!!! The beef sticks are my FAVORITE with each flavor being yummier than the next. I've used them religiously to facilitate weightloss and can proudly attest to the fact that I've lost 30+ pounds since January which has put me back on track healthwise. Excellent Company on Customer Focus
I have a subscription for the 100% Bone Broth Chocolate Protein Powder and absolutely love it! It is great added to my coffee or with cold water and blended before adding my ice. I also love the beef sticks. My favorite flavors are regular, teriyaki and jalapeño. So good for a quick pick me up during the day or on go. I recently tried the Superfood Bars and it just was not for me. I reached out on the return / refund process, and I cannot remember a more professional experience. Swift resolution that benefited me and others as I was given permission to donate the bars. A credit was placed in my account within 24 hours. This is the way a business should be run to maintain return customers. Bravo Paleovalley!
