Absolutely fantastic service and suits by Pal Joey. We ordered 23 suits for a wedding and they all arrived with plenty of time to go. On collection, they let us try them all on and any issues were resolved there and then. They even stayed behind an hour after closing to make sure everything was in order! Special shout out to John and Marilyn who managed the order. Service was fantastic, suits are even better, and the vibes are immaculate. The only place I’ll be buying suits from, even with the 3 hour drive! Get yourselves down for any occasion.

I’ve bought three or four suits from Pal Joey now, and every single one has been absolutely spot-on. The fit, the quality, the style — it all feels custom-made. You can really tell they only make a limited number of each design — once they’re gone, they’re gone — so you’re getting something proper unique every time. Every time I wear one, people tell me I look the bollocks. Honestly, top shelf gear. I’m well made up with every purchase and will definitely keep ordering from them. Always recommend them to anyone looking for something sharp and different. Keep doing what you’re doing, Pal Joey!

Great shopping experience with PAL JOEY, returned 2 x suits as too small and quick refund was processed. I emailed for some assistance after I ordered a 3rd suit and was replied to promptly. We then had to exchange the trousers for a smaller size and this was done so very promptly. Thank you very much

Terrible service. 1st of all the trouser of the suit I ordered were not finished, they were left for me to trailer which I didn’t have time to do. I didn’t find this as to much of a problem as I just returned the full order. This as of today was 15 days ago. I know this as I returned on a tracked return. I still havnt received my refund. I have sent at least 10 emails with only 1 being replied to. Stating that I need to contact to returns team on a number that only goes to answer machine. I can’t even leave a message as the mail box is full. I’m at a loose end. By far the worst shopping experience I have had to deal with with.

I wore my pal joey suit to a wedding at the weekend, the fit and the look were brilliant. I ended up going home with the bride and 2 bridesmaids so it really worked a treat.

Ordered my suit then realised the tie set didn’t come with it so had too put a separate order in which came with another deliver charge which I took on board as my own fault, I expected nothing back. They sent me a refund without asking. Top service I would recommend them too anyone.

Always get my suits from this company great fit nice material. Great service and always in great contact. Highly recommend.

I ordered a waistcoat but it didn't look like how it was shown on the website; it was much shorter and a different shade of brown. I sent it back for a refund at my own cost. So when you add the initial delivery fee and return fee I just waisted about £15 for nothing. Basically I just waisted time and money due to their misleading photo.

Shipped late and told me after they’d shipped it that one of the items was actually out of stock.

Avoid Pal Joey if You Value Good Customer Service

If you're looking for poor customer service, disorganization, and a company that offers no real help during one of the most important times of your life—your wedding—then Pal Joey is, unfortunately, the place for you.

I first visited earlier this year to try on suits and choose the style I wanted for my wedding. When I returned with the sizes, they were completely incorrect, so we had to start the sizing process all over again. After going through that hassle, I was then told the suits weren’t even in stock. They assured me they’d be available by July 5th. But they didn’t take my sizes, didn’t record the wedding party’s names, and made no effort to prepare or follow up.

When I called on the 5th, I was told there was now a delay and the suits wouldn’t be available until the 15th. At that point, I’d had enough.

I went straight to Suits Direct, where the experience was completely different—I walked out the same day with three high-quality suits, all ready to go. I’ve also prepaid for two more suits, so my best man and future father-in-law can drop in, get measured, and leave with their suits without any added stress.

It’s really not that hard to take names down and show some basic customer care. With only a month to go until my wedding, this entire experience with Pal Joey has been nothing but stressful. I won’t be returning, and I certainly won’t be recommending them to anyone.
