First time buying used racking and wasn’t sure where to go. Found these guys in google and am really happy with the finished job. Everything done to a high level, couldn’t do enough for me and I would recommend anyone to use them.

Great service. The guys explained pros and cons for every type of shelving. Quick sale. Happy customer.

We’ve had an excellent experience working with GSB Warehouse Services. Their team consistently delivers a top-class service, combining professionalism, reliability, and a strong attention to detail.
The quality of their racking products is outstanding—well-built, durable, and perfectly suited to meet our operational needs. It’s clear they take pride in both their products and the service they provide.
From initial enquiry through to delivery and support, GSB have been responsive, efficient, and easy to work with. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality warehouse solutions.

if i could use one word to describe the order - it would be FLAWLESS

fast communication , ease of collection and high quality racking - better than described.

I purchased several full sets of pallet racking from GSB Direct and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From the moment I made the enquiry, the team (especially Gary) were incredibly helpful, responsive, and genuinely interested in making sure we got the right solution for our warehouse needs.

Great service,
We’re local to the warehouse so we opted to collect our order, the whole process was seamless.
Ready to collect within 24 hours, guys couldn’t have been more helpful.
Second hand shelving, but could be mistaken for new, and at a very very reasonable price!
Can’t recommend highly enough, will definitely be back for more! Thanks guys!!

Bought some really good clean racking from these guys. Price was good and service was excellent.

Really happy with my racking! Decided to go collect myself, fantastic communication, friendly team and all round good experience!

The racking itself is like new, a couple had stickers (letters for bays) easily peeled off, the actual shelves I was given were brand new!

Have already recommended to a friend and will be ordering more next week.

Amazing service and customer service!

Top service from start to finish. Patrick put me in touch with Aaron, and after sending over our racking requirements they took care of absolutely everything.

When the racking arrived I was genuinely shocked at the condition – it looked like brand new. The price, including delivery, was extremely fair and really helpful for our company. The whole process was smooth, professional, and stress-free.

Excellent service, excellent staff, excellent company. I’ll be recommending GSB Warehouse Services to everyone.

Thank you again!

Simon and his team were efficient, flexible and above all, cost effective.

The team he sent down to install our racking were top guys. Nothing was a problem and it went up so smoothly. Shame to see them go really 🤣

We hope to have more racking requirements later in the year and will definitely be reaching out to you guys again

Thank you from the PAV Team

With limited experience in the racking sector I went out for a quotes from a few different companies. GSB were well priced and had the specs that I required.
We were in a position to collect the racking and on each occasion (5 in total) everything went smoothly.
Excellent communications thanks to Raul. Would definitely use again and happy to recommend.

Great company to deal with, friendly and prompt response to my initial enquiry. We decided to collect ourselves and they were very helpful loading up. Product is also perfectly as described. We will use them again if we need any more racking.

Great experience with this company.
Contacted on Saturday and delivered to me on the following Tuesday.
Where helpful and informative every step of the way.
I was wary it may have been another Facebook market place scam but I can assure anyone with these worries that it’s not and definitely worth placing an order.
Great quality racking that’s very heavy duty.
