Hi David, we are very sorry we had to cancel your order. Because the shipping fees to your address ended up being multiple times the cost of the plant, we were unable to complete the delivery. A full refund has been processed. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Beautiful pots and plants delivered…
Just had some pots and plants delivered for my newly landscaped garden and they’re beautiful.
The guys were extremely helpful and friendly and the delivery was quicker than expected!
10/10 would recommend.

Ordered a pot for £300
Ordered a pot for £300, told I had to pay another £400 if I wanted the pot as they claimed it was the wrong price. The site is still actively selling the pot for £300 on there website over a week later.
Avoid at all cost nothing but a con / fraud trying to rip people off for more money after they have paid.

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify the situation. From the moment the listing error was identified, we immediately offered a full refund. At no point were you asked to pay an additional amount for your order. The confusion arose because the largest size pot was incorrectly priced lower than the smaller sizes.
We also note that during our communication, you insisted the pot was yours and stated you would pursue legal action and post negative reviews if we did not proceed. While we understand your frustration, we have acted in line with our terms and consumer regulations, ensuring the full refund was processed promptly.
Our priority remains transparency and fairness, and we have since reviewed our listings to ensure this type of error does not happen again.

Great first experience with new company!!
I am usually nervous about ordering online from companies I can’t find reviews on so decided to call the number listed on the website before placing my order. I spoke to a man called Ahmad who was very helpful and gave me the assurance I needed to place the order. 3 days later my lovely Teak bench arrived as planned and looked better than in the pictures. Ahmad could not have been more professional and everything was as described and promised, he even took away the empty boxes for me. I will definitely use this company again and my wife is already looking at their great selection of trees and plants.
