This physically isn't possible on our website. It will only allow you to purchase if the product is of course in stock at least on our end. On product owners end any restrictions are not up to us.

We apologize for the experience however your experience with us has nothing to do with the product service provider. It is up to the product owner to provide product related support we only handle order support and payment processing.
