I had very little confidence in myself shopping for a family wedding I was actually giving up hope as I had trouble finding the right dress in other store , I entered Pamela Scott’s in Waterford last week & I was immediately uplifted with a great reception such a warm feeling from the staff their , a staff member called Fiona was on her A game ,she picked out two fabulous dresses immediately knew they would suit my body shape to perfection she really built my confidence up , I bought both dresses one for day of my brothers wedding a colour I would of never of pick (delighted to say the least) & other one for the day 2 👍Thank you so so much Fiona a pleasure indeed I’ll be back for sure ❤️

I can’t thank Ger at Pamela Scott Newbridge enough for the incredible support she provided me during a tough time. Her kindness, guidance, and understanding meant the world to me. As someone going through cancer and a mastectomy, finding someone like Ger, who not only empathized with my journey but also helped me find the perfect bras that made me feel comfortable and confident, was truly life-changing. She’s not just a manager; she’s an angel who has made a significant difference in my life. I am forever grateful for her.
Thank you, Ger, for everything.
P.s for anyone who has gone through a mastectomy i cant recommend SLOGGI BRAS enough . Get yourself in Pamela Scotts .

I have never been a fan of clothes shopping as I find it difficult to choose something that I like but that also suits me. Since meeting Arianna in Castletroy branch, that has completely changed. All the staff there is so kind and helpful, particularly Arianna. She has a great eye for the colour and style that suits me, and I never leave the shop without at least one item, and always with a smile on my face. Thank you so much Arianna, and all the ladies in Castletroy. Five stars ✨

Wow what a wonderful team in Wexford. I visited the store in the hope to find a long dress for a Black tie do. The manager Melisa tried really hard to find me an outfit and arranged gif me to call back the next day with a dress of my own. Melisa and her team found me a lovely jacket to set the dress off and was so helpful, friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be back. Thank you ladies.

I was in the Letterkenny store this morning. When I entered the store I glanced at the 2 girls at the till ready to greet them but was looked me over with disinterest whilst they carried in talking. I spent 10 minutes in the store and was not acknowledged once by staff during this time a customer did come in and ask one member a question which she went to see if she could see what the customer was looking for. At this point I went to walk over to the till to ask the second girl an enquiry but she walked out the back and I then walked out.. For the prices the service is horrendous!!!!

I want to say big thank you to the team amazing service I am doing bridesmaid for my friend and the dress she had purchased for me didn’t fit have lived in Australia last 4 years returned home last week and am not same size as I was before I left I contacted customer service explained my situation and they couldn’t have been more understanding returns department exchanged dress to correct size in speedy time I just want to say thank you i will definitely be shopping with you in the future

Ordered a dress for christening on 08/09/2023 it still hasn’t arrived today is the 18/09/2023 !!! Very poor service. The christening has come and gone.

Poor returns policy.
I spend 130 there recently and tried to exchange one sale item for 28, was trying to replace it with an item that was 45 (and pay the difference) on their sale also but was informed they have only 14 days return or exchange on sale items. I had wrongly assumed it would be 28 days but I don't see the issue as the sale is still ongoing and I was exchanging, not looking for a refund. Very disappointing as I had another issue with an exchange of an item over Christmas. Won't be shopping there again, I don't live in a town so 14 days is too short a period to have to return something.

My sister’s wedding this weekend and I needed clothes. Not a girly lady I needed all the help I could get and that help came in abundance!

Aga spent time with me to show me some fashion tricks with an elastic band and introduced me to new styles.

I’ve shopped in Pamela Scott in Limerick and various stores in Dublin And I have never encountered this service I experienced today! Complete kudos to Nenagh

The staff at the Castlebar are wonderful. Excellent customer service from all staff. In particular I found the manager Caroline very helpful with my shopping experience. Service with a smile and more than happy to help me to make it a very positive shopping experience. Her managerial experience means that other staff are gaining valuable experience and you can see the happy working environment that has been created as a result. Thanks to staff for going above and beyond. A very happy customer. Maura.

Lovely staff in the Mullingar store, very helpful and friendly. But I wouldn't shop online again as I had an awful experience with a nasty staff member, very rude and slammed the phone down on me

having been trying to get information on my order since the 23rd of march and all I'm getting is a brick wall. spent over 111 euros and received a cheap pair of jeans that was not my order at all and no one from customers services is helping. will never shop there again very poor customer services

I have been trying since Monday to get replies to my emails with no success.. very bad customer service

Giving them a one star and there lucky to get that I bought a pair of super mode boots in pamela scott letterkenny and after a few times wearing them the sole is coming of them I returned to shop they were looking for the box or receipt which I didnt have they wanted proof that I bough them them I am a good customer buy most of my clothes in store or online I have emailed them and messaged then several times but they won't answer me very bad customer servicev

Great shopping experience in Ennis store, Arlene and all staff so helpful, only problem,,,buy too much ,,, online videos so helpful,,to actually see Arlene and girls modelling clothes

I bought an Christmas present for a friend. The presentation box was damaged. I returned to the shop straight away and was treated dreadfully by the younger member of staff. Thankfully the manager exchanged the faulty goods. Beware shoppers you are not allowed to change accessories (even in damaged boxes) without a determined fight. Not good enough.
