Realicé un pedido de varios productos y todo llegó en perfectas condiciones, hasta el pan de miga. Servicio rápido y eficiente. Sin duda volveré a comprar en Pampa direct.

Hice la compra el 17 de abril, todavía no la recibí. No responden. La mercadería esta en aduana y no se hacen cargo. NO COMPREN. PESIMO

Pésimo NO COMPREN EN PAMPA DIRECT. Hice y pagué la compra el 13 hoy 29 debería tenerla. Los contacto y recién hoy me envían el trucking number en donde efectúa que la compra se ha recibido hoy por dhl por lo tanto llegará el 13 de junio.1 mes. Deja ya no l quiero

It was good but now not anymore. I used to order a lot and it was always good. Lately it is always problems with the order and this was my last. I order on 7th and the website says shipping is usually in 24 hrs which it normally was but three days later there was no update so I send an email and. No answer. The next day I send a whatsapp message and ask what is going on then they just reply they will let me know when is shipped. No apology. No info. Even though shipment is three days late. Then the day after I ask again. Then they say it “will be given priority” no additional info. The day after I ask again and now it is ship but instead of 3 to 9 days it will arrive in 10. So order was sent in 6 days not in 24 hrs and it takes longer to ship than what they say. Also costumer service is non existent so definitely it was the last time.

Las últimas dos veces que compré me mandaron productos en mal estado . No estaban vencidos, pero por ejemplo los conitos de dulce de leche estaban viejos, el dulce de leche duro, el chocolate seco.. horrible. No tienen ningún lugar para calificar tu compra, claramente no les interesa la opinión de los clientes. Hay otras páginas bastante parecidas, yo no compro más aca

I wanted to try some products, since they say they have a branch in Spain in their web site, I was convinced to place my first order on 16th of February, regretfully that revealed a mistake as the day after they were asking me personal and fiscal information in order for me to assume all the risks as importer. Living in Italy that looked pretty weird to me, so I told them I was never asked that type of information before by any seller in Europe, they agreed to cancel the order but never gave my money back, and never replied again so I opened a dispute in PayPal after waiting for almost a month, hopefully PayPal will give my money back, at least I hope. Pretty absurd, stay away from these people.

Wish I could give them 10 stars! It was our first purchase, bought boxes and boxes of yummy argentine treats which made us remember our lives there. And then, much to our surprise, they included (gratis!) traditional individual candy like Billiken, Arcor and others. And if this wasn't enough of a delightful detail, there was a small box of Confitados which instantly took us back to our childhoods. Que detalles! We are now forever customers, mil gracias!

NO COMPREN EN PAMPADIRECT, envian solo algunos productos, no responden los mensajes, basicamente roban tu dinero, hay muchas mejores opciones

La verdad es de los peores servicios que he contratado, en la página dice que el envío llega en una semana, pero en mi caso demoro más de un mes en llegarme, porque me tome el tiempo de seguir el envío porque, si es por ellos el pedido seguiría parado en la aduana en Estados Unidos. No lo recomiendo.

Es una vergüenza esta empresa, son unos ladrones.
Pedí la devolución de 2 pedidos y dieron mil vueltas para devolverme la plata (más de 130 dólares), de hecho aún estoy esperando mi plata.
Jamás volveré a pedir y voy a encargarme de que cualquier argentino en el exterior que quiera pedir productos lo haga en una empresa seria y no con estos ladrones.

Te envian los productos con una fecha de caducidad muy cercana. Compre alfajores que llegaron aproximadamente el 15 de octubre y a los 10 dias vencian. Sabiendo que un alfajor tiene una caducidad prolongada.
Me pasó ya en dos pedidos, no volveria a comprar

De lo pero en atención al cliente. Envían el pedido cuando quieren, no responden los mensajes. No lo recomiendo, hay otras alternativas que van a cumplir mejor con lo que necesitan.

Of the but in customer service. They send the order when they want, they do not answer the messages. I do not recommend it, there are other alternatives that will better meet what they need.

pampa direct is the worst store to do your shopping on the internet. They do not fulfill the entire order. In my last two orders there were missing products and they don't even inform you. they are incompetent!!!

Superb! I used Pampa Direct to order an item from Mercado Libre and the whole process was really fast and efficient, with great communication throughout.

Hice mi segundo pedido en los dos me faltaban cosas! Lo hacen a propósito.
Ponen para que ordenes y no te mandan ,les mande un email y me dicen que me van a dar credito para la proxima orden.
Nunca más comprare por Pampa Direct

Muy satisfecha con el servicio, los productos llegaron en el tiempo esperado y muy bien empacados

They omitted the most expensive item in my order. Also a box of alfajores was open and had less items than it should've. Customer Service refunded after I opened a claim with PayPal. Overall, very shady!
