Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are very sorry to hear that the parcel did not arrive before your friend’s discharge from hospital, and we completely understand how disappointing that situation must have been, as we also expressed when responding to your email.
When the order was placed, we took additional steps to ensure the hospital address would be suitable for delivery by contacting the hospital directly prior to dispatch. Once this was confirmed, the order was shipped promptly which occurred 03/03/2026 - The next business day from when your order was placed. Unfortunately the delivery delay occurred after dispatch when Australia Post marked the parcel as undeliverable and returned it. As soon as we received your email requesting a refund, this was processed immediately, as we fully understand how frustrating the situation must have been. We genuinely regret that the timing did not work out as intended and appreciate you bringing your experience to our attention

Great choice
I’m really happy with my purchase. The gift was for my mum and she absolutely loved it, which made me very happy. The prices are great, customer service is fast and helpful, and I also really like that there are some specials available.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I requested a specific delivery date and it arrived two days later than expected. Other than that, everything was great and I’d definitely order again.

You can't select a date for delivery
It's great you can design your own basket but it sucks you have no control over when it's delivered. For instance I can't use it for birthday or Valentine's Day because I do not know when it will arrive.

While we can’t guarantee an exact delivery day, we always work closely with our customers to ensure hampers arrive as close to their chosen date as possible. Many of our customers select Express Post and place their order in advance, which allows us to carefully adjust when we send it out so it arrives in time.
As a small business, we aim to keep our hampers beautifully made yet affordable. Using private couriers would unfortunately double the cost of delivery, which is why we rely on Australia Post to balance both quality and value for our customers.
While we appreciate your comments, we do feel a 3-star review is a little unfair, as we clearly outline our delivery process and always strive to go the extra mile for our customers.
