Extended warranty impossible to register!
I purchased a limited-edition Panasonic camera advertised as eligible for a 5-year extended warranty. Nearly two months later, it still cannot be registered.
Despite following all instructions, every attempt returns an error stating the product is not eligible. Customer support has been circular and ineffective, I’ve been passed between departments, redirected between websites, and sent copy-and-paste responses that ignore the actual issue.
This is not a budget purchase, yet the after-sales experience is far below what a premium brand should deliver. If you’re buying on the promise of an extended warranty, be aware the reality may be very different.

I purchased a 600 series oral irrigator . I just stopped working and just ran out of the year warranty. I opened it up and the pump leaked water on the motor and froze it up.. These are not cheap and I would have been better off buying a cheap Chinese one and sure it would have lasted longer. they offered me a lousy 10% off a new one, what a joke.
Poor Panasonics
I'm afraid our Panasonic bought from Hughes lasted 2 years to the day. It was one of their top microwaves with an inverter.£169 I think. All are made in China and are not made like they use to be.
Neither we or Hughes seem to have any receipt of buying it from shop.
It's now gone to the tip.
Shocking customer service
Shocking customer service. Microwave plate broke in two weeks of purchase. Customer service is shocking. Do not buy panosonic items, very poor quality and no customer service.
No customer service at all
I bought a premium breadmaker from Currys. Within the warranty period, the machine was not producing the same product. Currys refused to do anything other than send me to Panasonic who arranged a repair. The company sent a van 50 miles each way to collect it. They said a number of parts were replaced and 2 weeks later, the company sent a van on another 100 mile round trip to return it.
Machine still had same fault. I contacted Panasonic again who blamed the ingredients.
I followed their instructions to the letter. The response from someone supposed to be the Customer Escalation Specialist took 7 days with nothing but a holding email saying their cooking expert was on leave. I cannot believe the company only has one expert.
I have been without a machine for 56 days and counting.
They have had the opportunity to repair it.
I have sent photos of the failed loaves.
I have sent photos of the ingredients.
I have sent photos of the weighing of thee ingredients.
I have bought extra ingredients at my expense.
I have spent extra money on electricity using the machine.
I have wasted food by making something which cannot be eaten.
Their advisors just keep telling me to do the same steps that I have already done.
I am out of pocket by quite a lot of money because of the failure of a premium products.
Despite promising a replacement, Currys changed their mind and now refuse to do anything until Panasonic say they can do no more.
I have no choice but to go to my bank to claim the money back.

will give minus star if i could. The service is the worst of the worst. Bought a microwave 2 days ago, after took it out the box I found it is not flat on the worktop. Took videos and sent it back to panasonic. Contacted them, and the humiliated thing is they think you are lying. Keep saying you try different surfaces to prove i am wrong? they even let u try the floor to see if it is flat. OMG, what do they expect u to put your microwave? two days passed, no response.DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

I am sharing this experience after several weeks of repeated follow-ups with Panasonic India, where I received no timely response, misleading communication, and no basic after-sales service for my product.
The handling of my case shows a clear deviation from ISO-aligned complaint and service standards, including transparency, responsiveness, and accountability.
I had formally notified Panasonic India that I would escalate publicly under ISO 10002 fair-escalation principles. No corrective action has been taken.
I am posting this so that prospective buyers can make informed decisions. I remain open to a fair resolution, but failing that, I will continue with external escalations through official consumer-rights channels.
What I expect from Panasonic India:
• A clear explanation for the non-response
• Immediate service resolution or fair compensation
• A commitment to follow ISO-compliant customer-service practices

I would give it no stars if i could. Hugely expensive tv drops out when noone has touched a remote for ten minutes. Eventually it comes up with a message that nothing can be found on the selected USB port.noone has selected any USB port EVER.
This must be dodgy software. How else could the TV drop a setting whilst no remotes have been touched? I will never buy a Panasonic product ever again.

Purchased a camera in February stopped working after 1st use couldn’t get a replacement so sent it off for repair through Panasonic which cost me took them 6 weeks to repair it worked a couple of times broke again they told me to send for repair again so sent again at my cost took 3 weeks they said if it broke again they would sort a replacement it broke again and wanted to send it for inspection even tho I have an email stating they would replace it waited 2 weeks for them to get back to me I sent it back to retailer and got my money back absolutely shocking customer service would not purchase another now
Trying to register a Product
I have today purchased a Microwave from Currys and tried to register the product, the Panasonic website is of no help at all. Tried to attach a copy of my receipt but it says only a max of 2MB is allowed. My photo of the receipt is 2.2MB.
I can not get the photo any smaller. So Im unable to register the product. They do not supply an email address so I cant address this... Near Useless website. No help at all. Cant call anyone as they are closed. Poor support if you ask me.

I bought Panasonic latest smart TV and had no choice but to return and exchange it for another brand as I was very disappointed with my purchase.
My primary concern is the USB ports' inability to support ntfs or exfat formats. Using these formats allows for the connection of external devices that can handle files larger than 4 gigabytes. Demand for higher quality files is growing so I find it strange that Panasonic did not consider this and prepared for the future.
Another issue is with Amazon Fire OS; I have never encountered a system that is so cumbersome and challenging to navigate. Configuring the audio to ensure sound output from the Sound-bar e-ARC was a frustrating ordeal that took nearly a week and that was done with additional assistance from the soundbar's technical support team.
Another small annoyance was the ads within the operating system and the lack of options to remove or hide most of them.
The operating system lacks intuitiveness, and the help provided on the TV was far from “helpful.” I had to sift through countless online videos to troubleshoot a few problems. Additionally, most of the OS tutorials available online focus on the Fire Stick rather than the TV, leading to discrepancies in the menus.
In my view, Panasonic made a significant error in choosing this operating system, which is truly disappointing given their reputation for producing exceptional TVs.
The picture and audio quality were outstanding, though the operating system and connection hardware left much to be desired.
If you're familiar with Amazon Fire OS and don't want to connect NTFS external devices, then Panasonic is an excellent choice for you.
Beware -customer service very poor
Microwave works quite ok, but customer service is very poor. This microwave - bought in January 2025, - previous one fine,, but the glass turntable cracked after 8 months. Notified Panasonic - 4 emails later told ‘glass turntable’ not covered’. Unable to find any mention of this anywhere in their literature! Got sent round in circles, ! but stuck it out and got replacement, got every excuse but if not covered why insist on continually asking questions re usage! Obviously trying to ‘wear one down’ Very poor customer service - so BEWARE if you have any problems

Bought a flatbed microwave and it’s peeling in the roof of it, the microwave is not a year old yet and is used a maximum of 10-15 mins per week. Its wiped down after every use and doors kept open for a short while after use but was told all the peeling was my own doing. The customer service was shocking and after spending £180 in the microwave I was told basically they would give me 10% off my next one. Fortunately enough for me I bought it through Amazon who refunded the full amount and their customer service was brilliant very helpful. I then went and bought the Samsung flatbed microwave which I should have bought in the first place as all my other ones have been Samsung and have never had any bother at all. Good to say I won’t be buying Panasonic ever again
Appalling Customer Service
bought one of your microwaves from @Argos_Online about six months ago, and it’s now making a strange noise. I contacted your customer service team and was asked to send a video of the issue — which I did — but I never heard anything back. I’ve since sent another email asking for an update, and still no response.
This level of service is absolutely unacceptable. I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated by the complete lack of communication.
3 empty promises of a delivery
I bought an extra landline handset on 26/10/2025. Order # PS7405925-1761471353 (case ref # 251028-001007) Panasonic emailed that it would be here on Tuesday 28th and that I would have to wait in all day as it would need to be signed for. No package. They then promised the same for 29th. No Package. They then promised again for today, Friday 31st. I rang them to see what was going on and yet another of their customer service reps answered not knowing much. Like before I am waiting ages to be answered, someone with no sense of any urgency says they do not know what is going on and when i ask if they can ring their choice of courier, after another very long hold, they cannot offer any update. I then ask for a refund. They say they are not sure I am allowed one. I tell them that unless they can post me a new handset today, after several empty promises along with no update, they need to give me a refund. I then ask if they can email me all this and they reluctantly and casually said "after a couple of days". Companies like this do not deserve any customers whatsoever.
Terrible returns process
I've purchased a camera and lens kit via Panasonic e-store. A day after delivery I realised that camera is not for me and rung up Panasonic to initiate a return. A week and many conversations later I am still awaiting the promised email with confirmation of the return and an address of where to send it... absolutely rubbish.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. My TV was (and still is) faulty. Delayed responses and repeated pointless troubleshooting attempts pushed me out of warrant under the guise of expert advice. I highly suggest you seek another brand.

Disgraceful and Poor customer service. I ordered a camera lense online and used Paypal to complete the order. Upon completion I noticed that my address has been mixed up.
I like in Essex . But to my surprise, my Essex Postcode and first line of the address was mixed up with a town in Midlands. I quickly sent an email straight away to notify them of the error, hoping that someone will get in touch with? Because it was Sunday,
I called customer support and explained what happened to them. I was told in an email that even though the order hadn’t been dispatched, they can’t amend the delivery address and gave me an option to either receive the delivery in the wrong address hundreds of miles away or cancel the delivery? Which I called customer service and asked for a refund in the afternoon. This was before 1.30pm . Only to receive a dispatch note? This is a sign of incompetence to say the least. How do I receive delivery in Midlands while I live in Essex. The customer service is atrocious and extremely lacking.
