We hired 2 remote contractors for our startup from pandadesk. Customer and sales representative and a developer from different countries. It saves us a lot of money compared to hiring locally and both of them are experienced and very dedicated. They are working with us about a month now and we couldn't be happier with them. The hiring process was quick and it took around 2 weeks to hire both of them. We will differently use pandadesk again when we expend and will need to hire for new positions

I found this site just recently when I tried to hire affordable VA abroad. I got many applications on the day I posted my job. The whole process was smooth and I can see all workers profiles, and the CV of course. But honestly, its easier to review their profiles than read CVs.
I hired someone from Phillipnes after few days so it was pretty quick. She is working with us for almost a month and so far so good.
It was a quick process and I feel like the money for value was amazing. Its the cheapest job board I found so far, and the VA is saving us a lot of money compare to hiring locally.

Update: We hired additional VA from Philippines and very happy with both of them. They are loyal and hard working workers
