The products offered are good and the support team was very helpful, friendly and quick to resolve any issues and answer questions. The product arrived well packed and as described, even with a small gift 🙂

2 things: at the time of purchase, there was no updated inventory on the website, so I was required to contact pandapodium per email to ask if the size I wanted was available, although the reply was fast, it could be better if the availability is directly visible on the website, like in most online shops.

Buyers be aware, the “free-delivery” takes 4-5 weeks (to Europe) and the delivery tracking is not reliable timely updated. I’d buy directly from OEMs and they usually get stuff to Europe in half that time, also at no extra cost. Premium delivery is for my pockets, too expensive. Not that bad in general, but that’s something one should know, as it’s stated in pandapodiums website (they are transparent about it).

I lost a spacer for Farsports f1x handlebar that came off whilst riding (that's probably not supposed to happen but I didn't design it)
I was told I need to pay $45 for a new one, that seems ridiculous for a small piece of plastic so I wanted to know another solution.
I found a review on another handlebar from the same company and they seemed to send it to him for free.
Then they stopped responding to my email.
Expected much more from panda podium but seems like they don't give one.
Feel like I dodged a bullet after I was considering to buy a wheelset from Farsports and pandapodium if this is the customer service for a design flaw.

I ordered the part after having no other option and they never sent it, unbelieve situation. Cant use the handlebar so I can't use my bike.

Ordered some inner tubes that I've yet to use. Communication and delivery were great. Arrived much quicker than I expected and no delays at customs.

I have no doubt that the products selected for sale are well thought through and of high quality. My issue is with the delivery. I accept that this could have been a "one off" but my order was placed at the end of Feb and as of writing (mid-April) it still has not arrived. What concerns me is I had to do the chasing to get the team to track down the issue and resolve. When ordering via Ali-Express all items have been delivered within 10 days (inc electrical items with batteries). Ali-Express also seems to have tracking systems in place to identify when things are not going to plan. PP need to improve in this area and keep a monitor on deliveries getting stuck in the system.

Panda Podium after sale service was awesome. I bought a pair of Magene EXAR carbon wheels and got charged unreasonable custom taxes by UPS, carrier we, as clients, do not select.
Without hesitation after letting them know through email, PP absorbed half of that cost reimbursing it to the purchasing card.

I ordered two groupsets from them. The price is competitive, the shipping fast, the support good.

I ordered a crankset, chainrings and a bottom bracket. All were delivered ontime in greaat condition. I have not installed them yet. Ordered before Christmas, arrived in plenty of time to enjoy Christmas Day.

I ordered a high-end set of wheels and they were delivered quickly, with great communication on order status. I'll definitely buy from Panda Podium again.

I had an enquiry and they were fast to answer, with up to the point information, their prices are fine; not neccesarily cheap, but fair in relation to the quality of the products they sell and their service.

I have made several purchases, including the Magene Exar Ultra dark wheels an in-color Skypilot crank arm set, and a power meter spider. All the items shipped quickly and were delivered to me in Arizona within about a week of being shipped. Everything was well packaged, and the items are pretty awesome; the wheels are really high quality, and so is the crankarm set. I would highly recommend shopping through this site as communicating with them has been much easier than using another site like AliExpress, and they use FedEx for shipping in my case, which is much better than regular post. They also double-check all the items before they ship them out.

I purchased CRW wheels from PP. There was a waiting period for the wheels to be assembled but other than the wait I received them within the time quoted. They came well protected and with a few goodies thrown in as a gift from PP. I have not ridden the wheels yet but the Conti 5000 tires went on without tools and they spin up well. I would deal with PP again.

Fantastic shop with great prices and selection. I've bought wheels and a power meter/crankset from Panda Podium now and had a great experience both times.
