Panda Podium Reviews

Great access to wonderful Asian first quality components with confidence. Joe personally followed orders status and his videos give me unique information to make a decision before buying.

Great product, really like it !

wheels & cranks were delivered promptly to australia. I had a couple of teething issues with the wheels, PP were quick to respond & help me. From Australia they were responding within a few hours, probably due to the relative time difference.

I find the Pandapodium website very easy to use and well organized. The team is very responsive. When I had a question there were willing to help. The shipping is also very reliable. I my opinion the best place to buy cycling gear from china, because they test al the equipement you are sure that everything on the side is quality.

I have made several purchases with Panda Podium, it has been easy and quick delivery to Australia. I had a failure with an item and return and replacement was simply, one email with photos and replacement turned up in mail within a week.

Excellent communication from the team from start to finish, I ordered a custom paint Quick Pro and it arrived exactly how I requested. The frame is flawless and the ride quality is fantastic. Great service, value and amazing product.

Great products and quick delivery to France (wheelset, accessories...)
You can trust the panda.

Super easy ordering process and great value for the money. The Quick Pro Er: One has been an amazing bike and Cybrei/X-cadey crank has been super stiff and very reliable as a power meter.

Shipping can take a little bit of time but that was expected and planned for. Will definitely look at Panda Podium for future bike needs.

5/5 buying experience. I had a question regarding a groupset, which was professionally and quickly answered. Package arrived as promised and I was satisfied with the packaging and the product!

Excellent Experience, customer service and products. I have purchased twice and am very pleased. Thank you

eu como brasileiro foi uma benção achar esse site, a qualidade dos produtos vendidos. super confiavel. somente produtos de primeira linha para bike. para quem entende de bike de estrada esse é o site a se pensar seriamente.

Excellent service and very happy with the products i purchased. Customer service was also top notch.

Goods were sent to France and arrived very quickly.

I ordered the famous Cybrei crankset from the Panda Podium website. Everything went smoothly. I contacted them before ordering to check some technical details (compatibility, shipping, and delivery): the team was responsive and efficient. A few weeks later, I received my beautiful crankset along with a tiny lovely gift ;). Seriously, I'm convinced that these guys are true experts in their field and that they offer only the best to their customers. Based on this experience, I will definitely order again (probably for my next frameset). Kudos to the Panda Podium team!

well curated catalog (safe & great value), great pre and post sales comms & service, then better than expected shipping! definitely shop there again!

Great customer service and the Farsports my gravel2025 wheelset are awesome and great looking.

hi have been ordering from Pand Podium for over 3 years and have had a great experience

I just received a bike frame and had to change the size at the last minute, and there was no pushback. The team just sorted it amazingly

Hi, I ordered a pair of OVERFAST Ultralight Thru Axles for a 3T Strada Team, not a standard order for a 2021 frame. After excellent communication with a product specialist, I received the correct parts.
Weight exact 30 grams the pair. :-)
Shipped to Germany.

Many thanks dear Panda Podium Team, from a happy client!
